Very nice, and very waterproof!

While I primarily purchased this hat to keep ticks out of my hair, it's also really awesome that it's waterproof. It's easy to adjust to the size of your head. It's well-made, and feels somewhat premium. All I need to do is coat it in Permethrins and I'm good to go! I'd post a photo, but the website shows quite well what the hat actually looks like. I'm very happy with this purchase!

This cap is of extremely thin material.

I had hoped that the cap might also have more structure. Perhaps it is technically waterproof, but I doubt that it is weatherproof. It is expensive. Please note, it is not made of canvas but is extremely thin.

Great waterproof cap

I’ve been frustrated looking for headgear that really worked. Recently moved to the Pacific North West - rain is serious, so I gave the SEALSKINZ a try. Great fit, looks great and serious on the waterproof. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and actually waterproof

A lot of waterproof fabrics that are truly waterproof are stiff and heavy. Not so with this cap. The fabric is very soft, and makes for one of the most comfortable ball caps I own. It is truly waterproof. I use this when walking my dog in the Puget Sound area. She needs long walks, rain or shine. In light to medium rain, I'll wear the cap and not bother with a hood. In heavy rain, I'll bring the hood up and the brim of this hat will keep the rain off my face without getting saturated and wicking moisture to my head. My one and only very small critique would be that the sizing strap and clip are a little old-school (simple metal clip) and the strap is just a little too short for my 7-3/4 size head, so it pops out of the tuck-away hole. Very small issues for a product that does it's job so well. Highly recommended.

Nice rainproof cap

Here in the Pacific Northwest we have a lot of wet days where a full-on rain hat isn't justified. This cap is perfect for keeping the rain off of my bald head without making me feel like I'm wearing a tent (if you aren't bald, you might not truly appreciate how nice that is). I have a fairly large head, and the cap fits fine.

Very comfy cap

Well made, light weight, waterproof and very comfortable. This is the most comfortable cap i have bought over many years. Fit is as expected. Yes it may be waterproof, but obviously only to thr part it covers, ie there is a big gap at the back whete you adjust the strap for the correct fitting, but it certainly keeps the rest of your head dry and great if you wear glasses it is lightweight so not a cap for the coldest of days, but ideal for most seasons.

Baseball cap perfection

This cap is absolutely perfect. As a glasses wearer, baseball caps are a great way to shade the sun and keep rain off the specs. The only trouble with regular caps, though, is that when the rain really pours, the cap can get sodden and heavy. Not all caps fit too well, either. I’ve only used this cap a couple of times, but I’m mighty impressed. The finish is perfect, clean stitching, great quality, materials, it’s ultra light and more than big enough for large bonces, but fits smaller heads, with plenty of adjustment. In black it looks smart, going with all clothes. Finally, yes it’s 100% water proof in the absolute downpour I used it in…..brilliant, it’s my go to cap, I can’t see me wearing the others, now! To top it off, the main cap is super thin and breathable, so the peak can store in the cap and so it’s ultra compact. The price is higher than most cheapo caps, but it’s that good, it’s worth every penny, just buy one…….now!

Waterproof

Well into 2nd winter. Great waterproof hat. If it’s warmth you’re looking for them you may need a liner or a different design. Great quality but pricey. Pay for what you get.
