Great high quality paint

Great quality for low price

Pro: it’s thick and the color is vibrant. I tried mixing magenta, but could never get it right so I just bought it pre-mixed. I like to incorporate bright colors in the backgrounds of my pet portraits and mix with other colors. I love the thickness of this paint and how smooth it goes on. Definitely a bang for the buck. I seal the paint with a glossy spray and it looks amazing. Can’t complain. Con: It can be hard to pour since it’s extremely thick. Definitely needs a pump because shaking the bottle doesn’t get the right amount of paint out. Maybe a suggestion would be to include a pump with the paint, but otherwise it’s not a big deal.

Magenta is your best friend!

Magenta is your best friend! That’s what I tell my students. It is one of the four process colors, great for mixing, let’s be honest, better than primary red. A dab of Magenta makes absolutely every other color better!

My favorite paints after over 40 years of painting!

????I'm a full-time artist and have been painting for over 40 years and I absolutely love Sax Products! I used to buy tubes of heavy body acrylic paint for $20 for the size of a tube of toothpaste and with the Sax acrylic paints I'm getting the same quality in my work! Ok for kids

I do paint parties, this paint was thick but very little pigment. Not good coverage, not opaque. Dries fairly translucent.

Liked the medium-bodied paint

Liked the medium-bodied paint. The color is true to picture and flows smoothly onto canvas. Works well with beginning students in my paint class. Blends well and I have also enjoyed using it for some of my personal paintings.
