A few things to be aware of

These were bought to replace the "brass' colored pulls I've had on my outdoor sliders for decades. We wanted black to go with some remodeling we've done, and while these do look better than those they replaced, they are really just another color (copper?) spray painted black; the paint job is mediocre, and a colored rim is left at the edge. Not a deal killer, but the could have done better. Also, these no longer use the small brads that hold them in the door; now they have little detentes on the on the inside area that contacts the hole in the door; these fit tightly and are snug in the hole. Lastly, be SURE you use the right size hole saw when cutting the recesses for these. They are 1 3/4" inner diameter. If you've never installed pulls like these before, practice on a piece of scrap wood until you are confident they fit your cut hole.
