Exact replacement for polder brass item

This is an exact replacement for the brass-finish unit popular 20 years ago, and is perfect for updating to current popular finishes.

Good product over all

Good product over all. The nickel finish is nice and not too shinny. The only issue I have on installation is that you need to cut out deeper than the template case the arm mechanism when engage go back deeper than what the template indicated. Not a major deal thou.

I'm glad to have found these on Amazon and they get the job done, however, they are a bit rough.

Good product

Great product at about half what it costs if I were to have bought it locally. The only issue which is not readily apparent is that the indents where your fingers go to close the door are rather shallow. If you have a heavy door (like I do), it is hard to get any leverage to move the door. Still, this a common issue with all pocket door hardware so not a big worry.

It's Ok. I expected higher quality

Initially rated one star as it wasn't lock all the way. Contacted support and they got back to me with detail images how i can improve operation (loosing some screws and oil the mechanics inside). It helped abit..
