Loved It!

This a really quick way to cook eggs in the morning. They are more like a poached egg cup rather than a baked one. It is easy to use, clean up is quick. It does come with a couple of recipe ideas. They were tasty.

Works Great

No need to order egg bites at Starbucks anymore…so easy to use and they come out great every time. You can switch up the recipes..ham and cheese, or bacon and mushroom..endless possibilities. I should have bought one of these sooner.

Egg bite gadget

I've become very fond of egg bites, often buying them at Costco to have on hand for a quick protein snack or breakfast. So, seeing this cute Hamilton Beach maker, I knew I had to try my hand at home. The good news is it works, but with drawbacks. The maker's cups are small, so you only use one egg for two bites a batch, nor can you load the cups up with extra ingredients. I've found that each cup will only take a teaspoon or two of extras, like crumbled bacon, grated cheese, diced cooked red pepper or sauteed onion. Any more and the cups overflow or look wonky. The second drawback is that it takes a while to cook your two little egg cups made from one egg divided. This means a meal or snack for one, unless others are patient and will wait their turn. I wanted to make extras to put in the refrigerator for another time, but it takes so long to cook each batch, I didn't bother. So, bottom line, fun and easy to use, but not quick.

Works great

This is the best ever. I even take it on vacation it works so good! Dave your leftovers from night before and ad to yours eggs. I purchased a plastic carrier for my eggs so I have them in case there’s not a store nearby

Love this little machine!

I have only had it a few weeks but have used it many times. Tried the basic egg bites and the copycat coffee shop egg bites. Love rhat I can put what I want in them. Made hard boiled eggs and they came out perfect. No green ring. Use Distilled water if your water is hard for easy cleanup.
