Awesome charger!
I have an acre and a half with 3 strands of hotwire to keep my 3 horses fenced in. I've had issues with other chargers with getting grounded out with a little bit of vegetation touching the wire, and would quit if it got a little wet. This charger is very strong. I have also added 2 strands of hotwire around my chicken & duck pens to prevent stray dogs from attacking and killing my birds, and it works very well! I had had 2 big dogs that got in and killed a lot of my ducks and a couple of chickens. I added the hotwire after the attack (before I could get my whole area fenced in). Well the dogs came back 2 days later to get the rest of my birds, the fence was very hot, and they could not get in! Has held up a lot longer than the chargers you buy at Tractor Supply, I have a simple overhang that protects most of it from the elements, I would buy this again.

Working great but hard to verify operation.
This seems to be working great but we've kept it covered because of the instructions. We had troubles verifying operation because we weren't used to pulsed voltage as opposed to constant voltage.

no more deer in the garden
Deer wiped out my lettuce and that was enough, installed and no more deer issues.

Great product
Like it because it was so simple to set up. I can hear it which is more deterent for my horses. Great value for the money.

A must have to keep our dogs contained
Our dogs are contained in the back yard on about half an acre of land. They don’t escape anymore with this devise.

Not always affective against feathers
These are more then capable of zapping small size live stock, yet they have very little affect when animals have feather (our chicken and geese walk all over these wires) , the only time it zap them is when their feet touches the wire, but any part of their body with feather touch the wire , nothing .. no zapping

Stopped working after one year - after warranty expired
Worked great for one year exactly- warranty is one year on the 10 mile- so just one week after it expires it’s dead. Must be aware of the issue- maybe cheap part that fails? Bc warranty was just enough to cover during its shelf life ! Too bad it was nice !
