Great for hip thrusts

I use this box for hip thrusts as all benches I’ve ever used are waaaayyyy to tall. For reference I am 5’5 and have a very short torso. I place the box at the 12” height and it is perfect for me. I do have to use a towel as it is not quite padded enough to use in this manner, but it doesn’t bother me at all, it is a plyo box anyways. I have also used it for box squats, and intend to use it for step ups as well, The size I purchased is quite small, so I don’t think I would ever attempt to use is for box jumps. Seems to be of sturdy construction and haven’t heard any cracking noises. Would absolutely recommend for a home gym. It’s been a great addition for me.

Very happy I choose this plyo box

Very sturdy. Has three different heights you can switch for the box. There is a nice padding so you can easily use it for incline push ups and triceps dips, but with the wooden core still very firm when you are doing step ups. There is not too much give and would be very good to do box jumps.

Smaller than I thought

This was smaller than I anticipated. I am 5'3 (f) who is over 220lbs. Yes, I'm a big girl but I will say, the box is really sturdy to stand on. Just wish it was longer and wider. I can do steps up and split squats. Need to very careful with step ups since it's not much feet space. I tried hip thrusts and it was a no.

Works for what I bought it for.

I’m 5’4 and I got this for hip trusts, split squats and step ups. I had to push it against the wall to keep it from moving though . Not suitable for box jumps or if you need to rest your arms during hip thrust. It does cut into your back a little but a little padding can help with that. Overall it’s a good buy ..

Great box

Love using the box ,handles my 200 lb frame easily. My invoice said I got the 20x16x12 but I received the 16x14x12, I sent numerous emails asking what does the improved version of the box entail. All I got was a computerated message asking for my order number and when I purchased the box.updated review they are sending my larger pylo box with the improved version. I am happy to get this resolved. I have many of their products, kettle bells, slam ball, dumbbells, quality equipment for good value.

Good Budget Option!

Great budget option. The quality isn't quite as high as other name brands but it's pretty reasonable. Note - that it's not super soft and time will tell if it lasts (the cushion/cover that is). Quality of box overall seems to be good and a big improvement over a foam core box. Recommend but understand there's better quality out there if you wish to spend the money. Does the job well in my home gym setup though.

Great little Plyo Box

Very well constructed little plyo box. The vinyl cover seems very durable and there is a good heft to the box despite its dimunitive size. It was perfect what what I wanted it to do - beginner box jumps, a small box to sit on or prop my leg up for stretches etc. Also doubles as a foot rest for my couch. I'm 4' 11" and 99 lbs for reference. If you are much bigger this will not be the right box for you.

Sturdy and steady

This is a great product. Assembly not required. Very strong, sturdy, not rolly. Feels very safe when doing box jumps and step ups. The soft shell is good on my laminate floors. Love that there’s different heights for improvement and different excersizes.
