Great priduct & Outstanding Customer Service

Product compresses well under hand or hand with tool pressure then springs back to fill gaps. I now understand why it blocks mice and pest with the mix of stainless steel fibers. I will now order enough to complete the entire house project. Get their cutting tool and use gloves to avoid injury. Good Stuff. Well pleased. Allows under siding edge to breath, much better than caulking the bottom edge of your siding.

It works

This was recommended by a friend who owns a Pest Control Company. I stuffed this along the bottom of my fence outside to prevent activity from coming inside my yard from my neighbor's yard. I have tried many products and this has worked the best. I have not seen any activity since I used this. It really works and keeps the activity from my yard.

Better than generic steel wool

Included scissors work well with this heavier fabric. Gloves are fine for me but might be too small for others.

Must have under the siding bottom edge

This is very practical and must have if you have older house with siding. They help block the annoying bugs and also reduce air leaks a bit.

Put on your siding end caps

Put the excluder up into the siding end caps at the corner of your house. Use a mirror so you can see up there. Don’t bend down and put your face under the end cap so a mice, bugs or debri fall in your face. Use to mirror and it will show you if extra excluder is needed. A Terminix rep told to do this during a free Terminix inspection. But for the small holes inside the house you can use steel wool the rough sharp kind then cover it with caulk to make it look nice. I hope this help someone, save $ you don’t need to hire people for everything some stuff learn to do yourself if your the working people like most. I hope this bless someone, God Bless

Great product.

We had rodents in our house and the first thing we did was buy mouse traps (humane ones). We kept catching them almost everyday. When it struck me to instead of trapping them in the house, stop them from even coming in! I went back and forth between buying this and buying regular steel wool. I'm glad I chose this as its more pliable than regular steel wool and it comes as a kit with gloves and a rodent stick tool. First day we put it in, no more rodents! They couldn't get in! A couple days after installing it, we checked to see if the gnawed on it and so far they haven't. Overall I'm very happy I chose this instead of regular steel wool.

Great if you're not working with baseboards

I have mice. A lot of mice. My baseboards are a mouse highway. I hoover up trails of mice poop daily. I keep anything edible hermetically sealed. I have a dog that terrorizes them (and everyone else in the building) and i have tried everything. I think this steel wool would be effective if my apartment hadn't been built in 1926 and if the walls met the floors. Alas.
