Good Product, Only One Concern

So far, this thermometer appears to be a good purchase. It is very easy to use. If you take multiple readings, it is consistent .. so it appears to be more reliable than the last thermometer I purchased. I like that you can turn off the beeping noises it makes, so you can take a temp without waking someone up. My only concern is that after opening the item and using 2-3x, I reviewed the temperature log. It has previous readings that were already on the device, one of which was 101.5. I am concerned that it wasn't actually a new device. I feel like it may have been previously used, returned, and then shipped out again. Which just feels kinda *ew, gross* in the age of COVID-19.

Real review from real use

Good morning As many of us do we look for a review of the product we want and see all the extra fluff as if the product is the end all be all. I am here to tell you I like it. It takes a couple of seconds to reset. You wonder if the batteries are good cause it reports "Lo" but as a thermometer its kinda of cool. Guaranteed its not a toy but to watch the light as you are about 3 inches away from the person, I am not gonna lie I use it four times per check ????????????????. Glad I got one and I use it often. Enjoying my purchase.

Quick and easy

This is super fast and easy to use. It's not as accurate as my old thermometer, but I do like that if I suspect one of my kids it a bit warm that I can quickly scan them and know if they are running warm instead of waiting several minutes and trying to get them to hold still.

Good thermometer for daily use.

I purchased the thermometer to keep up with daily temp checks for covid as a precaution. Very easy to use. Lightweight feels good in the hand. The accuracy is suspect . I calibrated against an oral thermometer . It appears to be a degree off. It's probably because forehead and oral will read differently so keep that in mind

No contact but also less accurate. Fast results.

Works quickly, but its accuracy seems to be a touch off. Measured against my venerable in-ear thermometer, this is usually at least 1 to 1.5 degrees (Fahrenheit) low. Still, it's a good quick check that doesn't require contact or disposable shields to function. So test it against a known thermometer for accuracy and do a little mental addition as needed.

Easy , fast and accurate everything a thermometer should be!

In today’s world that making sure you Get a fast and accurate reading counts even more whether it is for work or the ease of getting a temp on a child without causing a major meltdown thus making it even more difficult than it already wasn’t. This is the thermometer for you! I can say it is lightweight, perfect for arthritic hands To operate! And I plan to order another one for my own home
