Great customer service!

Use these in a machine shop all day long setting up. Had an issue with the coating on the metric set flaking off. Send an email to cs and in a 2 days they had sent me out a new Allen wrench no questions asked. There a great Allen wrench. It’s nice having alittle extra length make loosing stubborn bolts easy. They hold up good I’m very happy with them will let you know in a year how they are.

WIHA tools are great! I have a lot of them.

These WIHA ErgoStar Ball End Hex L-Key, Inch and Metric 22 piece wrences are Just what I needed. Longer than a regular set of hex wrenches and WIHA quqality is hard to beat. The ball ends allow you to get the tool into the hex fitting at odd angles which is super handy. The tool holders hold everything tight and keep everything organized. Anything from WIHA is a little pricey but worth every penny. If you haven't tried WIHA yet, you should.

The Metric wrenches lack quality

The German made imperial wrenches are very, very nice. The Polish made metric wrenches are not so nice. Clear quality difference. Considering returning the metric wrenches. The surface finish is varying and rough, and the tips of the smaller sizes are not flat.

Made in Poland

The standard wrenches look to be of the same materials. Solid. The metric ones look to be of two different materials. The caddy gets annoying the way you get the tools out, was impressed at first but after two weeks I would of just bout the PB Swiss Tools instead. 02-05-23 Now after a few weeks I retract my statement. I use Allen keys on the daily at work. They have not rounded or bent under torque and the caddy has grown on me.

Received these today. Unbelievable quality. As a retired machinery rebuilder I appreciate quality tools Wiha Hex head falls into that definition. Just upon unpacking to see such German quality is an eye opener The finish is superb, the holders are divided down the center for easy access. Cannot say enough about this product. Well worth the investment for serious users

Expensive But Worth It

Using really nice tools makes any job easier. These are the best hex wrenches I have ever owned. The ball heads are great for those (frequent) times you can't get a perfect straight-in angle. The holders for these sets also make it really easy to remove and re-insert the wrenches. You can't really see from the product page, but you can rotate any one of the wrenches out from the holder and they ALL rotate out so that you can easily pull out the one you need. I have a bunch of different Wiha tools and all of them are top-notch. These are the same excellent quality.

Good tools but doesn’t work right

Good tools,but on one set rotation mechanism stoped working.They suppose to rotate all together to pick the key.I am gonna claim it as a warranty they are proffecional tools not just for home, I can get bunch of chip one for same amount.But if want to get reliable tools,that what I want it, I thought what I got.But it’s frustrating, whole idea of key holder is to rotate them but it doesn’t work.

J'ai l'impression que ce sont les rejets de production... - 0.05" croche avant même d'être utilisé - 3/8" n'est pas "ball end" N'y a-t-il pas d'inspection qualité avant d'emballer?

The worst buy ever!

The silver cover has been destroyed after first light use. I am so surprised how bad the quality of these keys are!!!!
