what is there to say, these are washers that are just like the pictures show, you will get what you see.

Measurements are supposed to be 7mm outer diameter but it's more 7.8mm

Good quality and consistent size

Great quality items that are very consistent in size and finish. Maybe only 1 or 2 in 900 I’ve seen are mis-cut with a small crescent cut in the edge. I cannot say I’ve ever counted them but you get a small bag full. I use these on hundreds of small projects along with M3 hex socket head bolts and nylon lock nuts.

Washers, check - M3, definitely not

So, I ordered this as a refill for my project supplies. Package arrived and I tossed them in the bin. Imagine my surprise when suddenly none of my M3 washers actually FIT. They're not M3, they're larger -- but not M4. I don't care if the manufacturer thinks substituting an inch standard part is okay because they're "close enough" -- it's not okay. I ordered metric, I wanted metric, and because I didn't notice that they can't tell metric from inch, now I have to fish out and throw away THREE HUNDRED washers mixed into my bin. I PAID for someone to screw up my organization. Not happy at all.
