Amazing pans!

I love USA pans, wish I had foind them yeats ago. I use this one for brownies; thick brownies and every brownies has an edge!

Perfect biscotti pan!

You just cannot go wrong with a USA pan. Just made my first biscotti. Perfect size pan, released easily. I used a butter/olive oil blend to coat the bottom. Just plopped out. Am sure to gift these to my daughters. Thank you USA pan. :)

Excellent Non-Stick Heavy Biscotti Pan

Used this biscotti pan for the first time today. I am very, very impressed! It worked perfectly. It's nice and heavy (for good heat retention). Was truly non-stick (although I did lightly butter just in case). I would recommend this baking pan highly. It's the perfect size for biscotti too.

USA Made, Great Quality

Marvelous baking pan. I noticed some users said it was difficult to remove baked goods. Follow the directions which is to grease the pan lightly WITHOUT using cooking spray. I used a plastic knife on all four edges and the biscotti just slid right out. For new bakers, just take part of the butter wrapper or wax paper. Use it to hold a bit of butter or margarine and wipe down the bottom and sides to leave a light coating of butter in the pan. Worked beautifully. I am definitely buying this brand of pan again.

Love these USA pans.

Once I bought my first USA cupcake pan a year ago I have been hooked on these pans. I cannot say enough good about them. They are sturdy and bake evenly. Since that first order I have gone on and purchased 10 more pans. I was skeptical about the fact you do not have to spray or grease these pans but tried it and it’s absolutely true. Baked goods slide out with ease. They definitely need to be in your kitchen if you are thinking about a purchase. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed in them, I promise.

Must have Bakeware for home bakers

I use this as multipurpose pan. Excellent for making hot dog buns ( won't be as good as the hot dog bun pan from USA pan) , rectangular Foccacia, or cookies. Just use your imagination. Expensive but worth it. Take proper care in mild washing and immediately wipe dry and will last for decades and still look BEAUTIFUL:)

Good quality

I have a few USA pans. They are good quality, sturdy and made in the USA. These biscotti pans are perfect for biscotti. I haven’t tried them for anything else yet. The design does make them a slight challenge to clean, but nothing that a little soak and a brush can’t solve. Well worth the investment
