This has been working well for months.

This has been working well for months. I assume it is going to last a long time. It was easy to install, replacing what seems like an identical one that was on the tub for many decades. I was glad I found this replacement spout.

Didn't realize the spout on top would not allow for the attachment to miss the shower control handles so I had to send this back and get a spout with a side diverter. This wasn't really the seller or part's fault - just my fault for not realizing that until I went to instal it.

exactly what I needed for my shower/bathtub.I needed to replace my old spout, however when looking around at different stores for this, so expensive...ordered this through amazon, great price and was perfect fit.

Must adapt the spout to use it with a hand held shower unit

The spout has a weird connector on it. It has a 3/8" female connector, instead of what is needed, which is a 1/2" male connector. I had to go to Home Depot to get parts to jerry rig it so it would work. And even with the fittings to make it work, it leaks and needs to be filled with silicon before you can connect it.

this is actually a bit of an improvement over the original design -- the nut tightens more effectively on the riser pipe. nice, practical solution to shower conversion requirements.

THIS WAS MY 2ND DIVERTER WHEN ITS WORKING ITS GREAT BUT AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS IT STOPS WORKING. I KEEP THE DIVERT BUTTON UP AT ALL TIME BECAUSE WE ONLY USE THE SHOWER BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE WATER STARTS TO COME OUT OF THE FAUCET AS WELL AS THE SHOWER HEAD. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO BOTH FAUCETS THAT I'VE ORDERED
