My little secret! No wiring over-cabinet lights!

These are so easy to use as over-cabinet lighting. No wiring! Since they are low voltage I sneak an extension cord behind my refrigerator, under a camouflage plant and up to my cabinet top. That’s it. Plug them in and arrange them the way you want. You can see how bright they are compared to the old ones that are hanging down on the left. Half of them were burnt out as you can see. : ) I used 2 16 ft. Light cords for this job. They are so easy to link together. It took me about an hour because of moving the ladder to each section. That’s the worst part. The best part is no $300 electrician bill! They last for a few years and are great for night lights but I keep mine on all the time for ambience. You will love this easy project! It transforms your cabinets!

Used above cabinets

Used these for accent lighting above cabinets and in some ceiling spots that i had recessed light's "not hi-hats like a rectangle with molding in the center of the room" some decorator thought that was a good idea" anyway it added more light and that worked for me.....I even used these outside and again more light .....leds are low energy and last so i can play without breaking the bank .....hopefully this helps somebody :)

Perfect bathroom lighting

Used these in my bathroom that had rope lighting rails built on both sides…made the ceiling lighting spectacular and almost as if the lighting was in motion. Very nice aesthetics as a result and very happy that my railing had been prewired for the light connections - simple plug and play!

Very bright

We got this for the front deck of our houseboat to make sure the other boats could see us at night. It's like a beacon in the night, and our front deck is lit up like it's daylight. Been using them for 3 months, still as bright as the day the Amazon delivery guy brought them,

Warm white isn't so warm

Very bright white light. A bit more yellow would make these perfect. Makes my pot shelf look like an operating room.

Bright!!

I purchased the warm white to go around our deck to replace 14 year old rope lights that had seen better days. Pro: Bright! Love the warm white color temp. A little less warm than some, close to what I would call “neutral white” Easy to install. Slightly lighter, thinner, more compliant tubing than previous lights, but still seems plenty tough. Con: Bright :) These are much brighter than anticipated. Were the old ones this bright when they were new? Possibly. I expect that they will calm down in time as the led’s lumen maintenance curve does its thing. For now, I have the brightest backyard in the neighborhood. Update: I added a dimmer, it works great with these string lights. The specific dimmer is “BN-LINK Smart Dimmer Plug, WiFi Outdoor Dimmer”, though I expect they would work with most dimmers.

Not soft white as advertised

The product is great overall, however, the lighting emitted is not soft white but rather a brilliant white. Does not match the other lighting in my house as they are "soft white". I ended up returning it, another location (H...D...t) has a similar product which matched perfectly.

Quality and price

Lights were very easy to install, I used three lines 150’ and installed under the lower railing on my sundecks. Looks amazing. So far everything is working the way they should. Only had installed for two nights.

Excellent outdoor light system

I really don't understand some of the previous reviews for this product. Nowhere does it say the lights can be added to other string products. Nowhere does it say there is a remote control to create light effects or power on off, and you always test string lights before you install them to make sure all the lights are working. The product is excellent and creates soft ambient light the full length of my garden. 175 ft strung together with no prospect of overload. 3x50ft + 1x25ft. Good price for a good product.
