Great papers

I bought these to separate ground beef patties that I fashioned from Costco hamburger meat. They do not sell the hamburger patties any more. These sheets are great for that use. For my taste, I like to form 5 ounce patties, shape them by hand, put them into freezer bags to to freeze. This is all well and good, I found another use for them. When I am baking I need to measure out amounts of butter or spices, I put a sheet on my kitchen scale and add just the right amount which can be put aside until ready for use. I will be ordering more and recommend these sheets.

1,000 Sheets - Oh really?

It took me a while to confirm the number of sheets in the box as my kids kept interrupting me. After several hours and restarts, I can indeed confirm that there are actually 1,002 sheets in my box.

Great product

This is my second purchase of this product. We make our own BBQ burgers as well as breakfast sausage patties, and using these papers in the patty press make "production" and cleanup smooth and easy. We freeze our patties in the papers and peel them easily to cook them from frozen on the barbecue.

Box was open, the scotchtape to close it was cut, therefore probably tampered with

The box was open when I received it, not very hygienic to store food. I was disappointed with the product. It looked as if it was an old box which had been returned by a previous customer. I don't know if they are all the same but I will definitely not buy this product anymore. I would return it if it wasn't such a hassle to get payback. I use it for crafts but definitely not for food.

All good so far

These seem to do what they're intended to. I use them in my LEM patty press to keep it clean and the patties separated. It is a bit thick and tends to round off the top of each patty when pressed because it doesn't flex enought to fit into the top rim of the press. If you freeze the patties once made, sit them out for 5 to 10 minutes before you are ready to cook them. It will help the patty paper release from the frozen patty. I would purchase them again.
