Worked great...

... til it didn't the same day. Kids tossed it around, everyone paused for dinner. Wouldn't turn back on after that. Was really bright when it worked. Returned and bought a normal one from Walmart instead of waiting on more shipping time.

Wrong color

Bought this for my boys to play catch near or after dark. I ordered black with green accents/light but received green with a green light and purple accents. Too close to his birthday to return and hope for the right color. Those purple accents are also peeling off after 2 uses. The light works though, so I guess it’s not a huge deal.

PERFECT design for kids - and can be set to stay illuminated!

I am so glad I read up on all of the different options for light up footballs and found this GEM. It is the perfect size for the 3rd graders I bought it for. It has a foam, Nerf-like, outer layer for easy gripping. The continuous illumination feature is KEY for playing after dark! Most similar products only light up with certain actions, but this one has a continuous setting. There are instructions for replacing the battery when the time comes. I’ve already ordered a second one!

Great Birthday Gift! We loved it so much we bought 2 more for gifts!

This is a great birthday present for boys who love football! This is a very cool football. My son loves playing outside with his friends, especially when it gets dark and the football glows. It is similar to a Nerf football but without the high price tag. Don't be expecting it to light up a ton as the light isn't extremely bright but effective enough to see it when it is dark out. It comes in different colors which is cool, so when we get more of them all my sons friends will have a slightly different version. We are very happy our purchases and definitely recommend this football.

Great fun!!!

Love this product. We are playing a mix of hide and seek/dodgeball/tag at night with teens. Only complaint is that the switch is small and hard to find in the dark. I would prefer a push button toggle over a sliding switch.

Not blue

I liked this, however, I made two orders that both said I was getting the blue ball (my son only wanted the blue..) and instead I received a Red one and a green one. Oh well. They are fun to play with at nigh!

Overall good product.

I wish it was a little bigger. My son is 11 and was disappointed that it was not big enough.
