Perfect, exactly what I was looking for.

I've tried other silicon inserts in the past, but they've always been comically large and make my breasts look very unnatural. These are the perfect size -- small enough to be discrete and prevent that odd double-boob shape, while large enough to add a full cup size and offer the support and lift that I wanted. I'm a 32B, and these fit perfectly into my bras and bathing suits, so I didn't have to buy a larger bra to accommodate them. Really pleased with these! They aren't adhesive, but I prefer it that way. I haven't had any slippage since they are not as heavy as other products I've tried, but if you want to be extra sure they don't migrate, a piece of double-sided fashion tape will hold them snuggly in place inside your bra.
