Feels like my bed sheets at home
This fit our stoic groundworks double perfectly and made it feel like we were in our bed back home. It’s worth the weight carrying on a hike purely for the ease of keeping your sleeping bag clean. Just throw it in the wash when you get home and that’s it.

Hard to get into - ripped in less than 1 week
Edit to add after this anonymous review the seller contacted me and gave a full refund. I already got yet another non Teton liner but it is a little short. I suck at picking sleeping bag liners. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND Teton, and I loved them even before the refund. This is the only product that did not exceed my expectations, some exceeded them massively. Their service is top notch as well. That said - my review: Delivered last Sunday, today is Friday, it is torn down most of its length. Why? It only opens 2 ft of its 6ft length. The sleeping bag opens all the way. As I squirm in and out the fabric has torn. Pic shows the length of the tear - I mark it with envelopes at the bottom and at where the tear starts 2ft from the top. I can't really ask for a refund - the product is what it says. This is my 3rd sleeping bag liner - I have 3 Teton sleeping bags and love them. Thought I would try a Teton liner. My other liners do not open at all, and that seems to be more durable. Still hard to get into, but this Teton solution has not worked for me. I do not recommend this product.

Wondeful solution to my sleeping bag difficulties
I'm really grateful to have this sheet for camping. I can stick two sleeping pads (approx 18 inches wide, each) side-by-side between the layers and then use the Velcro strips to close the open end. This gives me a soft, breathable surface to sleep on. I can then open up my sleeping bag like a blanket and just sleep under it rather than in it. This resolves 1) the annoying tendency of the sleeping bag to slip and slide on the sleeping pad (which usually results in me slipping off the pad and onto the ground) and 2) the problem of having to zip or unzip my bag throughout the night to regulate my temperature and provide some freedom of movement. Being able to just use my sleeping bag as a top layer makes things so much more comfortable and has helped me sleep so much better while camping.

Light weight but needs softer feel.
Light weight. small to aid in travel/camping but sure could use more thread count to soften the feel.

Well built liner that adds extra warmth or can act as a stand alone cover layer
For years I have gone camping with sleeping bags and sometimes accompanying liners that promise to keep you warm at 20 deg F or 0 deg F, only to find I am still cold and miserable at 40 deg F. And if my sleep is ruined, then so is my trip. I finally decided to do some research and came across the Deer Hunter sleeping bags offered by Teton Sports which carry a -35 deg F survival rating, and which I have tested myself down to -20 deg F. In addition, I wanted one or two liners both for my future trip to Alaska and also as an aid, if I want to sleep with the Deer Hunter more open and just use a liner. (say, on an early fall night here in Central CA, when the temps only drop to 55 deg F) I decided to order one synthetic liner from Teton and also this model, their cotton bag liner. Typically, a synthetic liner will give you an extra 10 deg F or so, of warmth. So that a bag with a comfort rating of 40 deg F and a survival rating of 15 deg F can now be used in comfort on a 30 deg F night or for survival on a 5 deg F night. A cotton liner is just a tad bit warmer and instead of 10 deg F more protection, offers typically about 12 to 15 deg F more warmth. And that is exactly what I found with this liner. I have now used this Teton cotton liner on three occasions here in California during the summer and early fall and found it is great to pair with my Deer Hunter bag when I do not want the top of the bag to cover me. (I always sleep with a lightweight cot that keeps me about eight inches off the ground and with a closed cell foam sleeping pad on top of the cot and under my bag) This liner hits that sweet spot on evenings when the temps drop to about 65 to 55 deg F and you want something light. And I am sure this will give me an extra layer of warmth if I get up to Alaska. I also like the construction of the liner, the drawstring and the included carrying bag. The cotton used seems to be a good weave and so far, I have not had problems with it holding in sweat. When you combine those positives with a reasonable price of $29, then in my book you have a five star item. Happy customer so far.

You can secure with tarp clips sold on Amazon.
Perfect. I use this with a Nemo sleeping bag/mattress. Amazon sells plastic tarp clips with a screw that are about 2 inches long. I use one in each corner and another in the middle to secure to the bag = no movement. This allows me to get more use out of the bag without washing... it also feels more like a traditional bed when I travel (van).

Comfy, Warm, Washable, and Versatile
I love these sleeping bag liners. I own two of them and use them often. My wife likes them and it makes her camping experience more pleasant because she is more comfortable in her sleeping bag. I have a surplus military sleep system with the black 32 degree bag, the green summer bag, and the woodland camo waterproof goretex shell. They all zip/snap together and make an awesome all weather sleep system that is rated down below freezing. I use this liner to make the inside soft and comfortable, as well as keep my sleeping bag clean so I only have to wash the liner. This puts my already awesome sleep system over the top in comfort and adds extra warmth. Having this liner is like having a set of soft comfy sheets in your sleep system. It’s pretty awesome to crawl into this liner in my sleeping bag at the end of a long day of deer hunting or when camping out, and when I get home I just wash the liner instead of having to go through the process of washing my entire sleeping bag. With this Teton liner, a 100% wool blanket surplus blanket for extra insulation inside my sleeping bag, my military sleep system, and my REI Air rail sleeping pad, I have slept out under the stars in 22 degree weather and been toasty warm and comfortable. These liners also would be great for kids if they are out ripping and tearing all day in the outdoors and have to go to bed without a bath. When you get home, you just wash the liners Instead of having to wash the sleeping bags.

Is this thing a joke?
Ok, Teton. Where is your 'r and d' department on this one??? This is the most useless sleeping bag liner I've ever seen. Why would you have the heavy velcro tabs at the top of the bag? Why would you not be able to open one side of the liner to the point where you can actually enter the bag from the side??? Have you ever tried to get into a sleeping bag from the top end in a 2 man tent???? And once you are in, if you spend the 5 minutes or more it will take you to do up the velcro tabs, you will never get out of the bag!! This liner is one step up from a straight jacket from the 1950's!! Please. Do everyone a favour. Put some more thought into this item or pull it from the shelf. I could alter this thing to actually make it work -- ie: remove the velcro, and open up one side of the bag, but why?? You can have it back. I'll take my time and make my own.

Waste of money, very poor design
I bought this to go with a Teton Cascades double sleeping bag, but it was a complete waste of money. There's no way to secure it inside the sleeping bag even though Teton makes both items and they're supposed to work together, and so it clings around you inside the bag instead of staying spread out. There's also no zip or velcro at the side of the liner so it's just a big tube, and it's a huge pain in the ass to try and get in and out of it. If you have to get up in the night, it's coming out of the bag with you no matter what you do. And getting it back into the sleeping bag again is problematic since it doesn't open at the side (you have to slide into the full length of it from the top, while trying not to push the top part of the liner down into the sleeping bag with you). Teton needs to add some simple clips to keep the liner in place, especially in a two-person bag. I thought Teton was supposed to be a good brand, but I'm really underwhelmed with the design of this liner. It's pricey and frustrating to use, I definitely DON'T recommend it.

Don't know why I put off buying a sleeping bag liner? Pack to size of pop can and very light...
Watching RTW travellers on YouTube the concept of a bag liner came up over and over again. Certainly to protect and prolong your main bag between cleanings, but equally important as an alternate set of sheets for the overnighters where you may not want to expose yourself or your sleeping bag to a sketchy sleeping quarters. Looking forward to using mine inside a Sierra Design sleeping bag for a couple weeks of off grid riding/camping. This is my first Teton purchase, I suspect it will not be my last. … it’s been a few camping trips later. This product has proven invaluable to a great nights sleep outdoors. I use it all the time. Typically after setting up camp I will lay in it or on it when first going to bed. It’s great to break the chill and give you time to cool off if you’ve managed to climb in for the night and happen to be sweaty. Once ‘dry’ I will slip inside just this for a time, leaving sleeping system rolled out underneath. Then as it gets cold I will slide inside my bag with this being left on as intended. It is great at keeping heat against your body, it helps prevent lost heat due to the bellows effect of moving around inside sleeping bag. In mornings I take it out and lay it in the sun while making breakfast, it dries quickly and packs down small. Highly recommended. Still not showing any wear after several washes, maybe some loose threads by Velcro tabs, but still as good as new.

Very warm
I like this product very much. It is large enough for me to use without getting tangled in and also adds an additional amount of warmth to my sleeping bag. It is very convenient to be able to only wash this when it gets dirty instead of the sleeping bag which is much bigger. I bought a smaller single sleeping bag liner but it was a bit too small for me and not as warm either. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to add a bit more warmth without adding any significant amount of weight to their pack and have the convenience for washing. This product could also be used when traveling for a quick cover up in the plane when it gets a bit chilly with the air-conditioner blowing on you all night long. They also don't give you a free blanket anymore either.

Amazing, durable, convenient sleeping pod, would highly recomend!
My wife and I took these on a train trip across the country and they served us very well! Because we were traveling in economy on three different rail lines from Vancouver to Halifax and back again, we needed something that would compact well, keep us fairly warm if the AC was cranked too high, and be durable enough to survive a month on the rails. This sleeping bag liner did exactly what we needed and ours are still in excellent condition after a month of heavy use. The Velcro top was extremely convenient and the bag could handle the million and one rapid, sometimes even a little violent event, adjustments needed to get to sleep on a reclining train chair. They kept us surprisingly warm, even when our train from Montreal to Halifax decided to crank the AC to seemingly sub-freezing temperatures all we needed was to throw on a hoodie and we were able to get right to sleep. And then in the mornings, we could quickly and easily pack these back into their carrying cases without any fuss. If you're taking a train trip in economy, you will be, as we were, the envy of everyone in your car.
