Love this diffuser, but it stopped working after 12 months

The diffuser just stopped working after about 12 months. Otherwise, it is a good product. I like the compact size and ease of use. It supplies a very effective subtle scent. Wish it still worked.

Long lasting smell

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for a room setting, I gave it a 4 because I felt I was deceived by the pictures I thought it’d be way bigger than it was especially for the price I paid, it’s very small and the water doesn’t last as long as I hoped it would because it’s so small but it works great, feels good to the touch, very easy to use, but I wish it was bigger. As for how long the scent last I think it lasts but I can’t tell due to the fact you gotta be coming in and out to notice a smell and I’m always in when I use it.

I wanted something that looked good, had an auto shut off

Have been using this for several months now, about 3 times a week. I wanted something that looked good, had an auto shut off, and didn't have the horrendous color changing leds that all the diffusers seem to have. It does have two indicator lights, and they are extremely bright. At night I deal with this by facing them against the wall or having something propped in front of them. One light means it's on in continuous mode, two lights means it's on for 10 minutes, off I think 10, and on again. The lights shut off when the auto shut off kicks in. It's not really travel sized, but wouldn't be too much trouble to pack for a longer trip. Good for smaller rooms and bedsides. Not sure how long it lasts on continuous. For me, the intermittent settings don't last the 21 hours I'd read it should, but do last about 16-17 hours. Maybe it depends on the oils and the hardness of your water? I've used mostly our moderately hard tap water with no issues. I have not tried citrus oils with this because I have cats. Overall, I'm very happy with it, and will likely get another for other rooms around the house. EDIT: It's been 8 months and it has died. In that time it got regularly use and I have traveled with it (planes, trains, shipped it home at one point) so it has gotten a little more rough treatment than had it stayed at home. Disappointed it didn't last the year, but othwrwise I've been happy with its performance.

Great Quality

I was given one of these diffusers as a gift 5 years ago. It is still going strong. I decided to get an additional one for another area of my house. I love the black. Looks very nice. The black blends right in with my kitchen decor. I would absolutely buy this product again or give it as a gift.

I really like this little diffuser

Very easy to use. Operates as long as it states and is very compact so works well no matter where you place it. I highly recommend this product and will probably order another one.

Great product!

Easy to use, easy to clean. I wish it was a little bit bigger but the benefit of the current size is that you get to change scents more often. It is the only one I found that gives me this specific interval option (10 mins on, 20 mins off). You can hear it slightly when it is diffusing but to me it is soothing and calming. At night I wish I could dim the lights of the diffuser. If you put the right amount of drops this diffuser makes your room smell amazing. It works very well. I bought three diffusers, two for the office and one for at home. I would definitely buy these again (or maybe test the Julia!)

EIGHT UEARS OLD AND WORKS PERFECTLY!????

I am writing my review after using this product for eight years! The first five years it was used EVERY day as I lived in an older building and it diffused nicely in the long L shaped hallway. I would also use it in my loft on occasion. The last three years it is used once a week and is still going strong. Super quiet, diffuses nicely and easy to clean (sometimes I use q-tips to give a thorough cleaning). Don’t hesitate one minute to buy this diffuser-it is a quality product for sure. Eight years later and today I am diffusing lemon grass and decided to write this review.

just perfect, long run time, looks great on the shelf

This little guy is perfect. He sits on my shelf, and the very simple and understated design blends in perfectly with the rest of my decorations. I was looking for a diffuser that I would not have to replenish constantly, and could run all night. This lasts around 16 hours in intermittent mode, which is perfect because I basically just set it every night as I go to bed. We have to be very specific with the number of drops of essential oil we put in, because the scent can be too strong if you are not careful, but combined with the right oils, this has been an amazing addition of relaxation and mood setting for our home. Placed in my 11x12' bedroom, the scent covers the room quite well, but any larger and it would get lost. I have placed this above our bed so that the concentration of benefits reaches us while we sleep (the main reason I bought it). I will probably buy a second unit to place in another part of the house, but I have yet to find one that really can handle larger rooms. Only minor comments for the buyer's thought process: - you hear a tiny trickle of water as this works, which is simply the condensation, but it took my boyfriend a little while to get used to it. now it is actually somewhat soothing - the tiny lights on the front of the unit are VERY bright. sitting in our bedroom and running all night, we have had to turn this to face the wall and it still reflects off the wall and is fairly bright. we might try putting a piece of tape over them or something, but it was not expected. This is, however literally my only complaint about this unit.

Faulty Material

After 10-15 uses, a thin, black matte coating around the hole began to peel off from the plastic surface. It's kinda too bad because the machine works very well.

I really like the Stadler Form Jasmine and the Revive Essential Oils ! Other essential oils smell a bit strong, Stadler oils are natural and a lovely organic blend. It smells a bit like when you go to an organic shop or at the pharmacy! Like a fresh herbal scent. I have a 3 Bedroom house and I have put diffuser on the landing upstairs. This way I get a nice scent all over the house. Aroma tends to go downstairs too! I would recommend you put more than 3 drops of oil in the water tank, I did put 10 drops and it works nicely. I love the 10 minutes on / 20 minutes off timer. Overall I would give this product a 10 out of 10. It's really easy to use and well made. Works as advertised

OK I did think it was a little on the pricey side, considering they all work the same way, buy maybe for the timer feature, you pay a bit more. The product doers exactly what's advertised. No surprises. I wanted it for our bathroom, so small area. Looks nice and the smell from the oil is no overwhelming. I like the fact that it's really quiet as well, and I have other such devices. Some people have said it doesn't dissipate the smell well. I would have to think perhaps the oil they are using is the problem.

Disappointed by poor finish on otherwise good product

Another review comments on the poor quality plastic used. I’ve experience with other Stadler Form products and have observed the same In their other products. Two Oskar for instance had very poor white plastic which discoloured in less than 6 months and very grainy. One of those failed during normal operation and has been binned. *** EDIT *** The review was written in accordance with guidelines stated with the £5 voucher in response to feedback. I’m awaiting any kind of response or sign of £5 Amazon credit as per voucher! In this instance the finish on the lid peels and for the first week I was having vacuum around the device daily. 24 hour capacity is not achievable sticking to the maximum fill level which leaves at least 50% capacity available and at this level you get 12 hours so ignore said maximum and you may see 24 hours. Use in the bedroom to counter UFH’s drying effect. Design is great as is usual for SF. Functionaly it’s as basic as it gets, again very common amongst SF products. Aesthetics are great but please give some extra thought to function! For instance these devices should have a battery backup to make then portable (think Hue Go), it should be USB powered etc. I’d only recommend on the basis of if you can ignore quality issues for the sake of aesthetics.
