Easy mount

Huge improvement to mount step thru frame bike easy latch & has coating to prevent scratches as with other cheaper versions. Very pleased & recommend

Great to convert a bike rack

Moved from FLA to Mich recently, and our bike rack only worked for a mixte type bike frame, or the english racer type. Hooked these up to our beach cruisers, and were set for the long road trip. We were grateful these exist because the rental trailer had no more room for bikes, and our old bike rack accommodated the adapter just fine. Hooked it onto the back of the van and there we were, the Michigan Hillbillies, heading home for good. Glad to have sold out and beaten hurricane IRMA!

Not Thule!

Item description seems inaccurate or deceptive. I thought I was buying a Thule product. Unless Thule owns SportRack, this is not a Thule product. Thule is not listed anywhere on this item or its packaging. The packaging lists the company as SportRack. Otherwise product seems to work well. I got 3 of them and it works on my teenage daughters bikes (a cruiser and a full suspension) and my 10 year old sons smaller mountain bike. Minimal use at this point but I would get again.

Works better than I thought

Was not sure how it would work but it simply click in place under seat and handlebars and I placed the bike on my bike rack to transport it to the trails

Easy to install to the bike.

First trip was 5 hour ride with no issues. Installed easily and didn’t flex.

Buy this and not the Thule one!

Save yourself the money and buy this instead of paying an additional $20 more for the Thule one. Sport Rack is just the cheaper version of Thule but when I compared them side by side (having bought Thule already), they are identical. I got this to use on my Hollywood Racks Sport Rider rack. Works great!

Great Value & It Works!

I have a CCM Verge dual suspension mtb. The Verge is not light, nor are there many places you can use to put it on a repair stand or a car bike carrier. The SportRack solved those problems. I have used it several times when I needed to put my bike on a repair stand &, each time, it preformed as advertised. Utilizing the SportRack's extension, I easily fit it btw the handlebar stem & seat post. Once on the repair stand, I found I could do anything I needed without having to worry the adapter bar. Although I have not used it with a car carrier yet, I don't foresee any problems. Although not cheap, compared to the truly stupefying cost of the some other adapters, I think I got good value for my money. I recommend this product.

Buen producto puede mejorar

La única razón por la cual cual no le doy 5 estrellas es por que no se mantiene en la posición corta, si lo mueves se vuelve a abrir, al parecer el seguro no es de muy buena calidad.

GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY

Good for light weight bicycles but not for the ones with a heavy frame. Unfortunately I bought it for a heavy framed bicycle and it could not hold its weight. I still believe it's a good product but not sturdy.
