Great product.

The soles fit well for me (size 11) and don’t feel them budge or move around when running. They are effective, and feel better than running in shoes without high arch support. Great product. It has somewhat give which makes it great for running, less strain on the feet.

Lower Quality

First, I rarely write reviews. I have purchased soft sol high arch supports for all of my sneakers over the 15 or 20 years. The latest version has less heal support and is cheaply made relative to every model before.

Perfect for me at my stage in plantar fasciitis recovery

I don't know what these used to be like (as a couple of other reviewers mentioned) but these are perfect for me at my stage in plantar fasciitis recovery. When it was at its worst, I definitely needed the hard plastic arch supports, but I hated those and couldn't wait to stop wearing them. Now that I'm +95% recovered, I was looking for insoles that added some arch support but also some cushion (especially in the heel). And these aren't too thick so they fit well in all my shoes. I really like these and hope Sof Sole doesn't stop making them the way they are.

Great padding.

I have orthoarthritis in one big toe that and high arches, which results in tenderness on the ball of my foot. These insoles work great!
