Dragon warmer

Got these for my beardie for the cold winter nights. Still on the first one and it works great. Keeps him nice and toasty at night. I paired it with the Zoo Med ReptiTemp RT-600 Digital Thermostat Controller both products are great. Highly recommend.

Great reliable heat bulb

I have a Bearded Dragon and use these heat bulbs, they last at least a year, I tend to replace mine after ten months even if they are still working because I'm ocd about my dragon. Just a basic cheap, great working heat bulb, I've never had one not last a year. Nothing fancy but gets the job done great

Chicken heater

Used these for brooding my chicks this year and they did the job well. I like that there’s no light. The red heat bulbs from the feed store just always seem so hot to me that I decided to use something else. Hopefully they last me awhile!

Kept my Cats warm...

I was on the fence about these,but after using them I'm glad I got them,an so we're my Cats... The only problem I had was one was chipped... Only used one but it was good

SO HOT DONT TOUCH

As soon as you plug these in they are too hot to touch. Due to my own clumsiness, I've gotten some pretty bad burns from this product, so definitely read the instructions and be careful! That being said, my Gecko loves it.

Great addition to my cold frame

I built an insulated cold frame, with the intent of keeping at least a few greens growing year-round in zone 6b where we can get temps below zero fahrenheit. Added these for those sub-zero nights. Haven't lost a plant yet!

Piece of the ceramic broke I’m box when I opened

The only reason I’m giving this item a 4 star is because one of my bulbs ceramic broke a piece off. I didn’t try to see if it work or not didn’t really want to harm my animals because of a defect. But besides that it works great for what I need it for.

Dangerous

Only got 10 hours of heat before it stopped working.

This is very disappointing. Only got 10 hours of function, heat before it stopped working. Extremely disappointed.

Good for the price

Great heat source for my chickens. The good thing is that there is no visible light and the heat is the same as a heat lamp. The only things is the long neck that can be hard to fit in a standard lamp socket with protector and one of my lamp stopped heating after only 2 months.

Genuinely Only Lasted 4 Days

Sadly, I can confirm the previous reviews stating that the bulbs stop working very quickly. After 4 days of use in a highly regulated environment, I was extremely furious and disappointed to come home to a cold python tank. If you plan to purchase these bulbs to warm your pet - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t. I get that these bulbs work for some of you and I very much hope that they keep working for you. I’ll be seeking a more reliable alternative. My pet is worth more than saving a few bucks.

Perfect for me

My shipment arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. These units worked perfect for me. I use them in the waste water bin in my motorhome to keep the pipes from freezing. Should they ever get broken or stop working I will purchase these same units again.
