The latch on this is poor. It is not as shown in the picture

The latch is flimsy, and will not lock into place. If you move it into the gear when there is tension it holds it there, but I do not feel comfortable with my boat using this. The picture shown does not match the item received. The stamped warning on the side says "Not for liting humans", and note that liting should say "lifting" but is stamped liting. Not a recommended product.
