Denne quad tandem breaker optager to HOM polpladser. Denne quad tandem afbryder består af en topolet afbryder i midten og en enkelt afbryder på hver side. Denne quad tandem afbryder giver en standard kredsløbsbeskyttelse og er HACR-klassificeret. Den to-polede afbryder er klassificeret til 50A ved 120/240 VAC, og de enkeltpolede afbrydere er normeret til 20A og 20A ved 120/240 VAC. Denne afbryder giver 10 kA brydekapacitet. Did not fit in my HOM panel. Had to modify.

I had to use a cut tool to open the body behind the connectors. No biggie. But wonder if there was a bad batch of breakers. There is no electronics where I cut. Behind the connection lugs is hollow. It's like the mold was messed up.

Breaker Review

I want to ask everyone this question.......... Why does a supposedly good deal home center like, sound like 'Gnome Rip-Off or rather Gnome Repo', sell the same item for over $26?! What kind of margins do they operate on? Lets see, $20 and free shipping to my residence.... this seems to hard to believe. Other than that, its a circuit breaker, no big review remarks fanfare here! It works like it should to keep the lights on and if little billy shoves a metal dohicky thing in the magical pixie outlet, it will cut power like it should prior to the joint burning down.

Got a defective one. 2 out of 3 aint bad.....

These are rare and hard to find. I needed a two pole 40 amp and single 20 amp circuit. One of the 20 amp switches was bad on this breaker. No power, reset it repeatedly, no power. That's ok since I only needed 2 circuits and this allowed me to finish the job. Had I needed the 3rd circuit, I would have been out of luck.

This is a "cheater breaker" which I expect more people ...

This is a "cheater breaker" which I expect more people know before buying this. With that, it may require some modification to install in certain positions in your breaker box. This was the case for me. Once customized, it snapped into place and allowed me to retain two 20A circuits as well as to add the needed 50A 220V circuit for my hot tub. Note that overall amperage usage needs to be considered before installing this type of a breaker. In my case, my house was wired conservatively and the adjacent 20A circuits do not get near 20A consumption.
