Beautiful project

Made a beautiful project with this. I don’t like that there was extra wooden panels in the back. I was intending on turning this canvas inside out but couldn’t due to the structure of the canvas. None the less, it turned out nice

Nice canvas but terrible wrapping and delivery.

For some reason my first attempt at writing this review did not "meet community standards." I'm not sure why since I was not permitted to see what I wrote. So here goes again. The canvas itself was fine. Not bad for the price. The problem was the packaging and delivery. Instead of in a box, it was wrapped in a long piece of corrugated PAPER and taped shut with strips of tape every so often, leaving open spaces between for the elements to get in. The UPS driver left it in the mud and leaves by our rural mailbox an eighth of a mile from our house instead of bringing it to the door. It was due to rain. Fortunately, we got it in time but I will not buy another canvas from this source again because of the delivery.

Great for beginners

These aren't the most wonderful quality canvases, but considering I'm just taking up painting, they are great. They aren't totally level, and the sides have some nicks/blemishes. I have repeat bought, simply because I'm trying to keep my expenses down until I get "good". LOL I would recommend for an inexpensive project, and definitely for beginner painters.

It is a good standard canvas for painting. No complaints.

Fine for practicing on but not for selling finished work

I have uncovered the mystery as to why these canvases are so cheap. They have the staples on the edges instead of the back. So if you were thinking of using these for a class, either ask your teacher first or don't even tell them about it. If you were hoping to use them for a gallery setting, you Will need to hide the staples somehow. Maybe paint over them or put the canvas in a frame. they come with a little sack of chunks of wood you stuff in the corners in case the canvas start to slack, but I was working in acrylics and didn't run into this problem. one more thing: The box they came in was way too big. I felt guilty that the box wasn't full and was wasting space on the delivery truck.

This is a fine item which I use to frame quilting projects. It is durable, arrived in excellent condition and was perfect to mount my quilt on. I never painted on it so I can't comment on its use for an art project
