Disappointing...

This hat came so badly packaged, I couldn’t find the words to describe it so I added a picture. I’m very disappointed but hopefully the towels I stuffed it with and the books I’ve got holding done the brim will restore it to a wearable condition.

I love the hat

I love the hat, but it is slightly larger than another hat I have from same company. I thought the women's o/s size was consistent to count on. Great hat though for the price!
