Buy the pair, have a spare

It's a bad sound when you're driving away from the campground and hear the hitch clip fall to the highway because you forgot to put one in. I had to trim the hook end about 1/8" to get them to fit properly, but now I have a spare.

needs some tweeking

just got back from our first camp trip using these. For that they are.. they price was right and they worked as intended for keeping my load leveling bars where they needed to be. Fitment is as the other reviewers mentioned. They don't slide over the connection point easily. I opened them up about 3/32" but they are going to need more opening if I am going to save myself any frustration during install/removal. probably another 1/16" of and inch.. get what you pay for? don't hate them.. don't love them right out of the box either..

Minor mod needed

Only needed to spread them open a little to fit on my reese hitch.
