Cute and cozy

This was an excellent, last minute costume and it turned out to be so adorable! I highly recommend.

This costume was a big hit when combined with a glowing green light saber :)

it does run a little bit short, even on a child that is short for his age. My son was 1 & 1/2 years at the time and he was still wearing 12 month size pants in Carters and other brands. If you want it longer, I recommend ordering a size up and pinning the sleeves up a bit, because they sleeves are very long. Some reviewers complained about the ears being too floppy, but ours stuck straight out just fine. The ears do look a little bit different than the photo, they are more rounded. But people still knew what he was supposed to be.

Good costume - runs kind of large

Got this for my 1 year old son. I believe the size I got was a 1-2. I got it last minute for Halloween. He is kind of small for his age so it was big on him.... the head piece fit fine and the robe did for the most part. What was too big were the sleeves - they were too long. However, I was not really disappointed because I knew in another year it would fit him really well and he could use it for dress up or even next Halloween. It is a felt material so not too thick. If you are worried about your child being cold on Halloween then definitely wear some layers under this. I have had good experience with the company though so I would purchase from them again - maybe just not so last minute! Keep in mind that it does fit kind of large so if you are purchasing last minute then you might have to hem it a little or it might just look a little baggy!

So cute & a great price!

This Yoda costume is too cute! The size says 1-2 yrs old and some reviews said it might be too big for a 1 yr old but mine is 14 months wearing 18 months so we thought what the heck! It is thin but soft and baggy so if its cold out we can easily put warm clothes on underneath. The robe is all one piece even tho it looks like two in the pic. The sleeves were a little long covering his hands but Halloween is still a month away and this baby won't stop growing! If it is still covering I can always hem the sleeves up a bit! The costume also came with the head piece. He doesn't normally like anything on his head but I think its light enough not to bother him. It velcros under his chin and I tucked it under the robe. He looked absolutely adorable! My nine yr old will be Darth Vader again so I can't wait for that photo op???? hope this review helps others trying to decide!

Warning: You Get What You Pay For!

I ordered this costume because it was a decent price for something my 1 year daughter will likely wear a matter of hours, one time, before she grows out of it. It also had a surprising number of positive reviews, so I decided to take my chances. Unfortunately, this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. The material of the costume is thin fleece, which somehow manages to be both see-through AND boil your child alive inside. The robe was too short, but the sleeves are oddly too long. The robe is held together (kind of) by 5 small velcro squares, NOT a zipper, as is shown in the pictures and on the product packaging. The worst part though is the head piece. I was fortunate enough to receive one, but the one that arrived looks nothing like what was advertised. The ears are saggy, rounded, and floppy and hang down like beagle ears. There is also an odd slight dome shape sewn in at the very top seam that I was constantly trying to smooth down. The chin strap also has scratchy velcro that rubbed under her chin and required constant adjusting. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because we DID have several people recognize her as Yoda. (Though we also got goblin, troll, dog, and Dobby from Harry Potter as guesses.) I am also planning on inserting jewelry wire (as another reviewer suggested) into the ears to hopefully give them shape, and I think that will make the costume a bit better. On a side note, this would make a great start for a Dobby the Elf costume! I wish I had ordered it sooner so I had time to transform it into one.

Cheap and easy, Perfect for a kid.

It was adorable but the bottoms of the ears were folded up on the head piece we received, so (despite the fact we were all Star Wars themed) about a third of people we can across asked if he was Shrek. The ears also flop down, but I was able to mitigate that a bit with a couple of extra stitches...which didn't matter anyway because the kid wouldn't wear the head piece. The robe fits well but hut about knee-length on my 2yo. And it's pretty thin. That doesn't affect the look, just don't plan on it being the primary layer of clothing. We live in a cold climate, so we had planned to have snow clothes on underneath anyway and ordered a size up.

Perfect for Toddlers

My son is 15 months and this costume fit him perfectly! He is not a fan of hats but kept the hat part of the costume on all day! We were so surprised but it is probably because of how soft it is! Would buy again!

The quality of the costume is worse than expected for a Star Wars official product. The ears were incorrectly sewed, my baby seemed a lamb. I had to redo the stitches for the costume to look like the one from the picture.

Good quality but massive on my dinky toddler went back
