Would have given this 5 stars if there were not places where the fabric does not completely cover the seem--thinking a black marker might hide it--The shade is designer quality--we have it on a crystal lamp and the effect is truly uptown looking--

Well constructed lamp shade.

This is a well constructed lamp shade. The quality of the fabric and the build of the metal structure inside seems to be top notch. The shade is exactly as pictured. I have one issue with it however that is not a fault of the shade. It may be a little too feminine for my office as you can see in the attached photo. It does have more of a feminine flavor than masculine (in my opinion) but I should have seen that from the description. Even though this is a top notch shade, I may be returning it for something a little more macho.

The design is beautiful, but there are thin places on the outside fabric that show light through and several areas on the bottom edge were the material is missing I can understand why it was such a reduction in price so I consider it a bargain. Had I paid full price I would have returned it.

Love the lamp shade

Love the lamp shade. Great quality! My only regret is not buying more at the time of purchase; because now,the price has gone up dramatically. Such is life. ; )

The height is much shorter than stated which also made the lamp proportions different than the photo. It was returned immediately.
