Beautiful assortment
Love the colors of the paints in this set. They are easy to custom blend and I can create many levels of intensity. I have been using watercolor paint for years and am impressed by the quality of these.

Quality
I liked the value but when I opened each tube it was separated so that's not good. Usually caused by shipping I hear or cold. Not recommending to true artist like me

less than 20/20 vision?????
If you don't own a magnifying glass, DON'T BUY THIS SET!!!! My major DISAPPOINTMENT right out of the box is the text on the tube is so small I can't read the name of the colors, which is more important to me than the color on the tube. Someone is going to have to help me label the tubes so I can see the names of the colors. For that reason alone, I wish I had bought the set I saw on EBay. A couple dollars more but the names of each color are easily readable on each tube and shipping was free. I am brand new to watercolor and bought this set as a starter to get my feet wet. I am hoping for the best as far as the overall quality of the paint itself. Time will tell..........

Good color payoff. Not shiny.
They're great for student grade colors. Color payoff is good. Works well for botanical art and such. They dry matte (slightly chalky). Whereas something more expensive like the original Winsor & Newton Cotmans colors leave a pretty shine that looks beautiful in person.
