Excellent product

As far as parchment papers go this is the good stuff. My coconut macaroons do not stick to this like they do with some parchment papers. I recommend!

Works even great in air fryer with high temps

Works great for baking / reheating. Definitely non - stick and doesn't burn fast - seems to be somehow flame retarded because it touched the heat coils in my air fryer and apart from black parts on the paper, nothing happened. Has some sharp teeth which helps to cut the paper clean without tearing it. The only complaint is maybe that it's not as thick as normal standard parchment paper. The size is correct according to the specs (12 inches). Will buy again.

Not practical for regular sized baking sheets

I use half and quarter baking sheet, so I found this 15 inch roll not practical. I always have to trim to get a perfect liner for my sheet pan. While I appreciate the grid as a guide, I can live without it. If you have a cookie sheet that's 15+ inch width, this would be a perfect product for you. I won't be getting this product anymore.

Not as strong, compostable

Didn’t realize this was not as heavy as regular parchment paper. I’m assuming it’s because it’s compostable.

Very thin.

Bought to use in lining the tray(s) of an air fryer. It has to be a better and cheaper option than buying shaped liners if the correct size can be found. The paper is very thin but does as intended. I don't know why another reviewer mentions the lack of a "cutter", there's one incorporated on the box top edge.

An expensive option

Much too expensive for something that is just a roll of coated paper. Works ok in a wet palette
