Bottom falls off :(

The bottom fell off right away. I bought this for a visually impaired client of mine. I used electrical tape to tape the bottom back onto the cup so it can be used in the microwave :/ other than that it’s perfect for what we needed it for.

cup will not stand up to daily use

holds a large coffee but does not lend itself to securing cup in the car. Not good to wash in dishwasher. Found it warps easily. I would like to find replacement lids for these cups. overtime found cup collects water in the insides of the cup and non slip bottom pieces come off and cup drips.

I love it except.........

I very much appreciate that I could get the same style mug that I've had since the 90s. They're hard to find. They keep drinks hot longer than an open mug. These are my issues with this mug. 1) With the lid on securely and the top closed, liquid still pours out from between the top of the lid and the thing that turns on top. No, it's not just a drip, it's a trickle. 2) there's not a stopping point for the part of the lid that turns. And it could have easily been made to for both left and right handed if the same hole were on both sides of the turning thing. And 3) the tab to the lid is over the handle for right handers. This makes removing the lid not so convenient. I have to turn the lid in a way that's got the hold a bit closer to the handle than I'd like, just so that tab is a bit behind the handle so I can remove the lid.

I recommend this item.. if you can find a cheaper this item is very good to have… keeps things warm for a longer period of time even outside in the cold below 33° or so.. Be careful the lid because it can leak if turned in the wrong direction upside down or what have you put a natural conditions lead works fine.. The worst thing about this was the price it was overpriced if you can get a cheaper than to go for it.. once the price goes down I plan on getting me some more in different colours of purchase things before the cheaper price my mother and other family members and friends enjoy it.. It will not burn your hand you won’t feel the heat this is good to go

I I like this mug.

I don’t think it’s pretty, but it certainly works well. I bought this mug because I used to knock over my old one and get yelled at by my sweetheart with this mug I think you have to work hard if you want to try to tip it over and as an extra feature, it does a good job of keeping my coffee hot. One of the questions they asked while awarding the stars was, is this item gifttable. Obviously it’s not very pretty but if someone needs a cup like this, I would recommend it.

The best large coffee cup I’ve ever owned

For me; the perfect large coffee cup. 1- this cup has no aftertaste from the plastic. 2-keeps the coffee warm a reasonable amount of time. 3-when you sip the coffee, it does not dribble down the side of the cup like many cups do, and does not burn you like many cups will do. 4-and then I can always microwave it as small reheat if I need to. I LOVE THIS COFFEE CUP ????????

This is the 4th one I've had :-) Perfect for an avid coffee drinker. I drink at least two cups per day and It keeps the coffee hot longer and hold more than most. On the down side it is plastic and the lid seal will wear out. On the plus side they last me about 10 years before I'll need a new one :-)

Not the best quality, cheap plastic, hand broke on one already washing it by hand.

Used for coffee and tea. Cheap plastic,broken handle after first hand washing and twist closure on lid keeps popping out

Good value

I needed a lightweight mug that would hold a can of chunky soup. It is the perfect size. It has been through the dishwasher and microwave about 5 times. The last time I put it in the microwave it leaked a little bit of water out the bottom. Time will tell if it will fall apart. I am upgrading my review. Apparent leaking was just water seeping from the cushioning pad (avoids slipping) at the bottom of the mug. So it fulfills my needs with no problems.

Poor Quality

For the very high price I paid, this mug… in particular the lid is of very poor quality! The lid cracked the first time I tried to remove it. As it was a Christmas gift, it didn’t get brought out for use until after Christmas. When it cracked, I immediately went online to see how to return it. It showed I must return it by January 1st and today is December 31st!! Impossible! I am not impressed!!

Horrible coffee mug

It looks like it’s been used. I just literally open the box. Box in in good shape so it wasn’t damaged on transit. Expensive mug for such a cheap damaged item.DO NOT BUY!!
