A little tricky but works nicely

Sometimes hard to get the kayaks to stay in the straps but once they are in there it holds up well.

Tricky to load the 1st time, much easier the 2nd.

If you bought the two kayak version I highly suggest strapping the lower one in first. If you have a friend or family member around to help, the job will be much easier. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

It is what it is...

In retrospect, this isn't anything special. I could use rope or bungies to do the same thing, cheaper. But it does what it says it does. It was a bit of a paint to wrap around my kayaks... I would probably just use rope next time (or ratchet straps that I already have) rather than get this again. But it DOES work...

Not great.

Seem ripped out on bottom kayak loop, while put kayak in it. Had to use 2 zip ties and tie knots to secure. Other side was fine, so far. Only been 12 hrs, let you know if anything else happens.

Does not hold well.

Easy to install

The product is great, the price is right, delivery was fast,...but one of the female buckles has broken. Now we'll see how good their service end is.

Very simple to use , breaks very easily

Purchased this item for ourdoor storage of our 2 kayaks. It’s a very simple system and in initial practice works very well....... however, the clips on the loops are very brittle and break very easily we only owned it for 3 month s and 3 of the 4 clips were broken and had to resort to ratchet straps. I wouldn’t recommend for anything more than children’s boats with a low weight

DON’T BUY: Sewing didn’t hold up after two uses : -(

REQUESTING REFUND. SEWING didn’t hold after only two uses. Used for one 35 lb. single and one 56 lb. double so weight was within limits. Straps seem good quality. Love how easy it was to install. Super low tech. Sewing NEEDS to be stronger and more reinforced to be 5* UPDATE: 4 months later completely USELESS. NOne of the sewing held so now when it’s time to store for winter (which is why I bought it) U can’t. VERY disappointed.

Threads break randomly

The straps are thick enough to hold the kayaks, have a 23lb one, which is still holding fine, and a 50lb one, which has managed to break the threads on both straps, just randomly. Screws and washers fixed those problems. One person putting them in is ok, with a bit of planning.

Great storage option!

Work fantastic! Easy to use as one person. Fairly easy to install - had to get different hardware for block wall. Amazing storage option that keeps them up off the ground.
