Smells good and clothes smell clean lasting scent

Only reason I gave 4stars was because they sent 4 bottles instead of my normal size which was like 1 1/2 of this size. To me these go faster than the other one. But scent is really good and it’s a lasting scent leaves fresh smelling clothes.

My go-to laundry freshener!!

I couldn't find this in my local store after using it before. I, then, decided to try another brand and was completely dissatisfied. Purex Crystals will be my only laundry freshener from now on!

Lasting scent

Wow! The advertisements are real about how fresh clothes smell even a few weeks later! I've set aside some fall clothing and now that the weather is getting nicer, I pulled them out and they smell freshly washed. I really like touching my sleeves and releasing the clean scent. Really amazing technology!

Disappointment at lack of product 4 Pyrex crystals only got one what’s next

I only received one bottle of Pyrex crystals out of a 4 pack not sure what to do about thatt

Excellent Fragrance.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Purex Crystals. The scent is pleasing & lingers even after a long tumble in the dryer. Very pleasant. The order fulfillment was less pleasant. I ordered the four-pack but received only one. I submitted a complaint to Amazon's byzantine question & (limited) answer system and attached a note explaining the issue. The person or bot or algorithm was very sympathetic and promised to resend the original order free of charge. It arrived the very next day. Not four. Not two. Just one. I couldn't face another Kafkaesque journey down computerized "Customer Service" and swallowed the cost of the missing two items. But buy the Purex Crystals. They really are very nice.

Great when Amazon ships it correctly

This is a great price for this 4 pack, and I love the fresh smell. Just helps the laundry smell better a little longer. That is when Amazon sends it correctly. Buyer beware - no issues the first two times I did subscribe and save. The third time I received one bottle instead of 4. I spoke to customer service and they said to keep it and they'd replace it. Again, instead of the 4 pack I got one bottle again. Not sure what's going on but hope they fix the problem.
