Love These Hooks!!

I bought 2 hooks like this at a store where I found them randomly. I used them and fell in love with them and wanted to purchase some more, but had a difficult time finding them at the store I went to before or other stores so I looked them up on Amazon and found them immediately!!! So pleased that I did!!

It’s not bad, but…

…I’m withholding a star, at least for now, because it’s plastic and I don’t know how long it’s going to hold up. I’m making a bunch of amigurumis for the holidays and if it survives the heavy use I’ll bump it up. For some reason, this was the only crochet hook size I didn’t already have, so I ordered it from here to get it fast versus trying to brave stores after Thanksgiving day. (The patterns I’m making call for this particular size.) It is comfortable to hold, although I prefer metal hooks with ergonomic handles. It’s weird, to me, having such a light hook.

My favorite hook

I was a little skeptical because I usually like to use metal hooks and bamboo on some occasions. I have never been a big fan of plastic. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. This is the most comfortable hook I have ever used. It glides through the yarn and lets you get into such a groove that your project runs smooth and as fast as you want to go. It doesn't leave your hands achy or cramping. I absolutely will be looking into different sizes from this brand for other projects. Thumbs up!

Excellent ergonomic hooks and great value !

Prym are pretty ergonomic crochet hooks, great for arthritic hands ! Allows me to crochet as much as I want rather than pain dictating to me. They are so light as a feather . I have previously bought the small set of 5, the size 10 mm hook, now this 2.5 mm . Definately recommend these afordable hooks made in Germany. Love them1them
