Tight fit, very nice quality

This steering wheel cover just arrived today. I followed suggestions from other reviewers and let it warm/soften in the sun for a little bit before trying to install it. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to be successful but it really didn’t take that long to fit it in place. I didn’t get it on quite straight and as others have said there is NO sliding this cover around so I decided to leave it on for a few days before removing it and re-placing it. Quality seems very nice and comfortable to the touch and the grey is almost an exact match to the interior of my 2017 Subaru.

Still good after 1.5 yrs

I’ve used this cover for a year and a half now. Some of the stitching sticks out a little bit but that’s about all on the wear and tear. It gets sticky if you wipe it with lysol-type wipes so use alcohol wipes or a towel and water to clean it instead. It’s still safe to use after all this time (not loose, hasn’t lost its grip) so great value

Overall good cover with very minor gripes

The wheel cover was very easy to install. Sometimes wheel covers can be stiff. While it was stiff at first, it eventually loosened up unlike a lot of other covers I have installed. This made it easy to take off and adjust (it got easier each time without ever losing its tight grip on the wheel). I had to adjust several times because of the stitch pattern on the wheel. The first couple of times I installed it, I couldn't quite get it to line up. And the stitches are in a bit of an awkward spot for the outline of my Subaru Forester wheel. At first, this was very obvious and annoyed me, but after driving a few times with the cover on, I barely notice it anymore.

It feels like it should cost more than it does. The packaging was good and it didn't arrive all deformed and bent out of shape like others have. I heated it up a bit with a heat gun before installation. That helped, but still had to tussle a little with it to get in on -- still not too bad. 2022 Explorer ST
