Product Support

New unit arrived timely fashion but was damaged. One of the wheels was cracked and miss8ng chunks on the inner bearing area, making tool useless. Reached out to support for how to address warranty, and receive prompt reply! After sending some pictures of the goods, the worked with me to address the problem! Wonderful communication and service !! I expect to receive a new replacement assembly in a few days....will update then. Olympia tools is a company to work with!

Great, but a little short

Super easy to fold and packs down nicely. The only complaint is that it's a little short, I wish it could extend another foot or so. Can barely hold 3 small heavy duty Home Depot boxes, but it works. Might not be the best option for taller people.

Very sturdy, strong, well built

I'm impressed with the quality and how well it's made. I haven't tested if it will hold up to the 500lb claim, but I wouldn't doubt it. Heaviest I've used was about 150lbs going up and down a flight of stairs. No issues, rolls nicely, seems to hold up great. Folds down nicely. It's a bit heavier than I expected but I guess that's the trade off for strength and durability. Highly recommended.

I purchased this appliance hand-truck for moving boxes, as well as moving large potted plants around the front and back yards...very durable

Great in a pinch

Very nice portable hand truck. Can carry a good load, as expected. Only 3 details that would make it even more awesome. 1 a fold up back brace for smaller heavy items which can easily slip out the the back of hand truck. 2 getting used to the opening of the wheels (from folded) is a learning curve, not sure why it is tricky at first. 3 a way to lock the plate. When it is fully operational and standing, a baby finger push will collapse the hand truck forward. However if there is a load on it at the time it will be safe from same procedure. (Just when empty, it folds too easily for my liking) Mechanically sturdy and heavy duty and otherwise very happy with this product. Recommend this for people who need something decent for large objects and don’t want to carry or store a regular full size hand truck. Nice product ????????

Difficult to open the wheels. The mental was sharp and left a scratch on my hardwood floor :(. Maybe I just didn't know how to manipulate it properly. Returned.

Broke after 3 months

I bought this in november 2018, after approx 3 months I had the EXACT same problem as the reviewer before me so if it looks like I cut and pasted from his review I did: "the wheel rotation lock for the right side broke when the unit was being opened". Pop! Now this - the heavy duty looking unit I bought hoping for $150 dollars worth of use broke after only 3 months, and minimal usage. This thing looks nice, but sadly is not built to last.

Don't buy this item

I bought this unit in Sept 2018 - it was used to transport my tool case and drill bag onto work sites - in November the wheel rotation lock for the right side broke when the unit was being opened rendering the hand dolly useless - I have been unable to find parts or service centre that can replace the broken parts or repair the unit - Amazon does not have a system to replace the unit - the unit was less than 3 months old when it broke
