Missing Parts!!!!

They appear to be decent but without the lower straps, which were missing, they’re horrible. Contacted Amazon and asked them to send me the straps...they said I’d have to return them, they could send just the straps. Well, they sell just the straps. Without time to play the return game, I’ll improvise straps while I BUY the $50 straps that were supposed to be included. Normally Amazon is top notch with customer service. This time, they dropped the ball. Bad form customer service, I’m actually shocked I’m saying that. Hopefully this isn’t the start of something bad

Glue came undone inside

All the inside of the strap glue has come apart and they whole belcro thing falling apart.

They're actually geckos.

If you're a real tree worker considering buying stuff off amazon its likely your local suppliers are out of stock. So, when I purchased these I was nervous this was somehow going to be knock-offs or imitations or somehow not the genuine product. Rest assured they are actual, proper, real, aluminum geckos suitable for tree work.
