Bright White
Installed these on a 2018 Toyota Tundra with an ARE camper shell. Pros: These lights are plenty bright to light up the bed of a truck. No need for a front or rear strip. Just the side strips are plenty. The adhesive they come with seems to be plenty strong. Was doubtful they would stick to the carpet but they seem to be doing fine. Time will tell. Wiring process is pretty straight forward. There’s plenty of extra cable attached to the lights themselves to reach wherever you place the splitter. Seem to be pretty durable. Lights are encased and seem weather resistant. They come with mounting tabs which could be useful if the adhesive isn’t enough. Can’t use when installing on shell tho as it would screw through roof. Cons/Heads Ups: The supplied butt connectors are cheap. If you are using an extension I would purchase heat shrink weather resistant butt splices. The extension wire they supply you with isn’t very long. Maybe 6 feet. For my application I had to run power from the battery so a much much longer extension was needed. The negative is plenty long to reach a ground. They also do not supply any ring splices to connect to battery terminal. The power switch does not have any holes for mounting screws or adhesive attached. Overall these are great lights and are well worth the money. The cons listed aren’t really cons as much as they are a heads up to those wanting to install yourself. I’m a heavy equipment tech so I had everything I needed readily available. Just buy an assorted splice kit, ~50ft~ of wire, electrical tape, and maybe some loom if you’re OCD lol. But I would say any novice DIY’er can do it!

Rolling with the glow
Purchased for my 17 yr old son... He's been wanting for his car for a while. The smile on his face just seeing the box, ear to ear sooo imagine the smiles when it lit up... Over all an easy install... being under a car I don't foresee tape to hold but does come with additional clips, and we used zip ties too.. For 12 Honda Civic, all the cable lengths worked, the rear is the of course the farthest and comes with and extention, another inch or 2 would have been a plus. But the box with the 4 is under the hood up top. I ran the powered option not cig lighter power port. I located a key switched fusible spot on the fuse block for power and added a press button. Key has to be on to supply power and can be switched on/off as wanted. Kid is thrilled, he helped install so he learned a lil something. We'll see how long the last....

DIY it and I like how it looks so far
Bought this 2pc lighting strip for me truck bed (2011 Nissan Titan) about a month ago and sat on it, decided to go for it today and I’m glad I did. It lights up the truck bet pretty well. Can’t wait to put it to work on a campsite or a tailgate

The ease of installation
I switched the wires around and didn’t use the red wire. I have the white lights as puddle lights and the amber lights for running lights instead of directionals

Great for those who enjoy DIY
If you don’t mind getting a little dirty while splicing and running wires this product is definitely a good value for the money. The lights are extremely bright and the switch is very convenient for on and off operation. I have a factory spray in bedliner and was worried about the strip lights adhering to the surface so I wiped my work surface down with some 91% rubbing alcohol before getting started and had no issues. I will say the kit does not come with much wire so you will need to purchase some on your own I used 16 gauge which worked very well. Also be sure to buy some wire loom or auto wire wrap tape to protect your wire. YouTube is a great resource for those who have questions. Total prep and install time was about 8 hours but I’m sure if I did this again it would go much faster lol. I’ve had the lights for a little while now and have had no issues. Overall very satisfied with the lights and would highly recommend.

Awesome lights
Only reason for 4 stars is it would be nice if they cane with more of the clips you screw on. My truck is line x and it didn't stick that well. I wired it to the positive on my 6 way trailer wiring and it works perfect. Nice and clean just the little button on the side no visible wiring. Would also be nice if the button came with some way to attach it. Its just dangling right now until I find something to secure it with.

Husband loves them
I bought these as a gift for my husband since he doesn’t have a cargo light on his truck. He really likes them!! They’re bright and he wired them in with the park lights so even better. Picture doesn’t do brightness justice but so handy to have! Affordable in my opinion and easy to install.

Super easy install, hooked up to the truck box light wire and is super bright would recommend this product! i will be installing a set of these under my truck doors that will turn on with the exit lighting as well will update with pictures when it is dark to show how bright these are
