Impressive on look, but miserable on usage!!!

Usually, I’m reluctant to leave a negative review as it dilutes all the hard ward work that brought the product into life. However, this time, I’veto ate out of my zone to share my feedback about this item. Being a panthers fan, I really loved this product on look and ordered for my international travel. Disappointing that the tag fell off in a few mins and my baggage was left unidentified for sometime. The tag link is so fragile to bind with the card. The team can brainstorm on a better knot technique to hold tag and it’s link.
