Deadbolt bar is too short

The item is attractive but main reason for use was not fulfilled. You expect a deadbolt to reach into space to secure the door. It did not even reach the opening.

I’m so angry that I cannot request documentation.

I’ve been to the manufacturers site on Amazon, I went on the Internet and found a site that seemed to provide information about this company and their products, but in all that, and the hour I have now spent, I cannot find a means to request installation documentation. I don’t know why my box didn’t have any, maybe it was between two folds in the outer box, and I didn’t notice it, whatever the case, I don’t have it. and there seems to be no way to request it. I would love to come back after I’ve installed the door handle and give a proper review.

The dummy door set was not included and not set with the order.

We waited several days for this item to arrive and when it arrived it did not have the dummy set that should have been included per the description. Very disappointed.

Cost effective lock set

Attractive lock set at a reasonable price...the bolts a bit smaller diameter than my original lock set, which could compromise its ability to stop unwanted entry...but don't know that for certain.

Not worth it

This door handle did not work for us. We bought it for a new build and it was barely used for a month before it broke. We had to buy a new piece for it which also did not end up working. We are passed our return date cut off or else I would have returned it for sure to get my money back. I would not recommend this product
