They work!!!

The patches stay on for long periods of time and you can feel them working while on.

Minimum relief from this product

My massage therapist had these patches for resale. I tried one and it seemed to help. However, I bought some from Amazon and found that I get little or no relief for a deep tissue shoulder problem. Very disappointed.

Nice, but slightly misleading description

These are stick-on patches that deliver a little bit of arnica for relief of muscle aches. My husband, who has chronic back pain, likes them. He says they provide just enough distraction to help him forget about his back, when he is having a "bad back day". Arnica seems to work well for him. and I stumbled over these patches while looking for a particular arnica salve. LetTheBuyerBeware, though - the description here provides the product dimensions as 6 x 5 inches (or something like that; I can't get back to the page right now). People! Those are the dimensions of the packet. The actual patch is more like 2 x 2.5 inches. So if size is important to you, consider SalonPas or TigerBalm patches (usually available at grocery and drug stores). They're bigger.

70 year old Mom uses these....

My mother uses these for knee pain and she swears by them. They work better than any analgesic in pill or topical form that she has tried, and believe me ......she's tried many! Safe and effective. She has colitis, so she really has to be careful what she takes as far as pills goes, so these patches are a great alternative! I have these sent to her in large quantity (enough for a couple of months) and am considering setting them up on a recurring order for her. I haven't personally tried this product, because I don't suffer from chronic pain, but you never know what the future holds, so I will keep it in mind!

These work!

A friend gave my husband one to try for his severe knee pain. My husband loves them, better than any pill, ointment, gel, or roll-on remedies he's ever tried. He's been avoiding knee replacement surgery for some time and has recently had to take time off work due the aggravation it causes him. With the arnica patch, his suffering is greatly reduced. Note that these patches can be purchased in 2 sizes. He wears the smaller one and it's enough to bring him a lot of pain relief.

The essential oil remedy works and is effective. I wanted to LOVE these due to the essential oils and healing intention. But they are very small and you don't really get enough area to work with for anything more than about the size of a quarter.

Patches are a real help.....!

I recommend getting the individually wrapped ones because they keep longer than the multipack that come in a tin. The oils can dry out in the tin if not used within a reasonable time.

Does not play well with sweat.

I love these patches, they really work. My only complaint is, they don't stay on if there is any body moisture around the site placed.
