Works perfect

Sooo difficult to use

Hard to use. The hooks are very loose. Constantly falling loose from the planter.

The product is serviceable BUT here are some keys to keep from being frustrated

If you are short hooks as I was on one pack, go straight to Amazon. I called National Hardware and they referred me back (lol). When assembling, take the time to tighten the hook around the chain. You'll need a good grip and players but it was the key to me getting the plant up. I'd tried for 20 minutes before then and the hooks kept slipping off

I have to go out and buy a s hook because there was not one included

Chain and hooks much smaller than I expect

The.chains in the picture is shorten to make the hooks and chains look bigger than they are. I don't know if the seller purposely did this to misrepresent the product, but you will most definitely expect the product to be different from the picture. Otherwise, the product works okay. The seller should use a truer picture.

They worked for what I needed but I thought the chains & hooks were heavier & thicker since that's how they look in the picture

The s hooks won't fit the pots I have.
