Central Vaccum System Accessories

Love these accessories. Electric carpet cleaner has a height adjustment which works well for for my thick carpet. I am very pleased with this set. I was disappointed that the bag and wall mount weren't in the box. This is why I gave 4 stars.

Missing components, still waiting for parts

Just to clarify, Amazon ordering/delivery/customer service was great. We ordered this twice, and parts were still missing. For the third try Amazon connected us with the manufacturer, who was helpful, but tracking seems bogus and we’re still waiting for replacements a month later. From what I can SEE, the products we did receive look functional and sturdy.

The power head is great but...

The power head is great! But the attachment for the flat floor, round duster and furniture brush attachment are from OVO and do not fit very well on the arm wand. They also look differently from the photograph as they do not have the Nadair name on them and are shaped a bit differently.

Works great for the price

The only issue has been the power head wants to pull out of the power head wand too easily. But the power head can pull the nap up on low pile wool rugs very well, then switches to hardwood floors well. Very happy with the kit.

Disappointing

The Super Valve Converter for direct connect is missing. Very disappointing.
