Custom fit for a great price. Also great for using mouse.
Have bought 4 so far, for myself and a co-worker. My wrists were bothering me after building my son a treehouse. I got one splint to try out. Fairly easy to mold to wrist if the instructions are followed. Bought 2 more, one for my other wrist and one to use at work. My wrists are better now and I found that the splint is perfect for using my mouse at work.

Needs a little more support however the heat bought me so much comfort!
I have Carpal Tunnel in my left wrist. The Splint that I have now it is only made to fit my left hand. With My Splint, Custom Fit can fit either hand which is a plus. It says that it is a custom fit. On my left hand, it just did not fit as well as my right. Now I can say the heat feels good. It did bring me a lot of warming comfort. I do not have a big hand and it still fits it very well with the adjustable velcro straps. It is comfortable to wear. I can also type with it which I can not do with my other splint. With using my hand while typing I am not sure that I am getting the support that I need for that thumb. All in all, I would say with the heating, support, and fit it is a good Wrist Splint.

MySplint Brace v/s Mueller Green Brace
My wife currently usesMueller Green Wrist Brace which her doctor recommended for her for her Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and likes it a lot, it it was interesting to try out this new custom fitting brace from MySplint & compare it against the Mueller, which is is an Amazon best seller DESIGN/FEATURES/CUSTOM FITTING - The main feature of this wrist brace is that you can mold its plastic splints to the shape of your hand. The two top and bottom plastic splints inside this brace are straight out of the box. Compared to this, the Mueller brace's splints are already per-molded into the shape of your wrist pretty well and fit a variety of hands just fine - In terms of fitting this brace to your wrist, i took us two attempts to soften the plastic in the microwave to be able to set it right and make the lower splint match the contour of my wife's hands and it took a bit of force as well to do it USING IT - Once the brace is molded, it fits pretty well around your hands and provides a very good support..similar to Mueller - One advantage it has over the Mueller is that it has extra velcro straps to secure the brace tightly around your hand - It does a better job than the Mueller in keeping the wrist in one position and restricting movement. The Muller, because of it one size fits all shape allows a bit more play in your wrist movement. And for a wrist brace for CTS - less movement is better - Is just as breathable and comfortable as the Mueller brace - Out of the two, the Mueller brace is better and more 'professional' looking .. my wife dosent mind wearing it even while going out.. while the the MySplint brace's looks are nothing to write home about (see pics) DISLIKES - Setting the plastic splints to your wrist requires a bit of effort, trial and error and force . If you have an injured wrist, the last thing you want to do is apply more force on it (to set it up) - Is more expensive than the Mueller brace - For these reasons I am taking away one star FINAL THOUGHTS Overall this is a good brace if most standard braces do not fit well to your hands or you really want the perfect 'tailored' fit around your wrist... it really does provide excellent support once properly customized. However just keep in mind that setting it requires a bit of effort and force ...Sometimes that is totally worth the effort and in some cases that might not be worth .. you'll have to decide based on that .

Snug, comfortable fit, with good support for my wrist; good step-by-step instructions
The media could not be loaded. This heat-activated, custom fit wrist splint provides support to my wrist. It holds my wrist in a snug, comfortable manner, and eases the pain. Although this is a one-size splint, and I have small size hand/wrist, the three straps enable me to get a good fit. The middle strap, which has the longest length, sticks very strong. It is sometimes difficult for me to unwrap it when I want to remove the splint. But, I prefer strong straps, as this splint holds sturdy throughout a day of use. To Use (there are step-by-step instructions on product box): 1. I place the splint in the provided box, and put it in the microwave for a total of 35 seconds. 2. Once done, I take it out of the microwave, then let it cool for 5 minutes. 3. Then, I put the splint on my right wrist, and secure the top and bottom strap. 4. Then, according to the instructions, I "...lightly massage thermoplastic to conform to wrist and then keep wrist steady until thermoplastic has hardened (~10 minutes)..." 5. Once I feel the thermoplastic is hardened, I apply the middle strap. I am not sure if the thermoplastic is fully conformed to my wrist/hand, but, I like using this brace, as it provides much needed support. One important note: according to the product description page, "....MySplint’s proprietary thermoplastics can be remolded up to 5 times while maintaining their rigidity and strength..." I have only molded this in one session - first, for 15 seconds, and after feeling the thermoplastic, and seeing that it has not yet softened, I heated it for another 10 seconds, then again for 10 more seconds. It does not mention what happens if I tried to remold it on the 6th time, although I have no intention of re-molding it, as it fits my wrist well. Overall, this is the first time I've used a custom-fit wrist splint, and I like how it has performed so far. I could not find any faults in this product; as such, it's 5-stars.

Potentially fraudulent product.
The brace is fine, but it's listed as a new item. The cardboard box packaging had a bend in it near the opening. On the outside of the box, the instructions read: remove brace from it's plastic bag before heating the item. There was no plastic bag. This was clearly either 1) used before or 2) not actually the item I ordered. This is a brace with a thermoplastic insert, meant for being able to heat in a microwave, and shape to arm for a more customizable fit. Because I don't trust the package nor it's authenticity, I'm afraid to use this products' thermoplastic shape to ones arm as intended. I find this listing to be questionable, if not outright fake.
