Unacceptable !

After inserting the clips, hanging all 4 curtains and zippering together , I attempted to secure the curtains to the corner poles, I realized the elastic straps were damaged ands probably wouldn't last another attempt at securing them. I'm assuming I was sent a previously used item. This is a huge inconvenience as now i have to take everything down and eventually return, then hang back up

Really is a nice cover for the $$$ but it collapsed under heavy Snow last winter. What A Mess.

Very good price very durable

I must say although I have a couple of issues I still give this a five star review for the money you can't beat it this is very well-constructed also has a solid roof you spend less money for one of these things with cloth and poles and you might get a year or two out of it this will last for years so spend the extra money here is the one issue I have with this this one did not come with mosquito netting it did come with outer walls but you really need to get one of these with mosquito netting if you have a bug problem you can purchase a aftermarket mosquito net that will fit this also there is a 1-inch gap on the top of this were bugs can come in but no mosquitoes have came through there yet maybe they don't like flying that high up I did get three bees that came in through the top but they quickly found their way out I do recommend this product very durable the problem with the netting can easily be corrected with velcro and a little bit of extra screening you also need at least two people putting this together maybe even three the directions were very easy to understand and yes the good news they were in English all the parts were there it is tricky and time-consuming putting this together be patient and you will get it put up it took us about four hours again very nice unit for the money also be very careful when assembling with the screws that are provided if you have a high-torque drill you can easily strip them out so be sure to set your drill on slow speed

Disappointing

The netting material and zippers are ok. But string from which the net is suspended is completely inadequate as are the loops sewn in the netting and the plastic hooks that attach to the string. The netting is bigger than the 10 ft patio awning so the netting was very loose leaving gaps for bugs to get in. Had to use metal clothes pins to try to close the gaps. Should have closely spaced grommets and strong wire to hold up the netting. Also grommets at the bottom corners to secure netting to legs of awning. Had to use rocks to keep netting from blowing in. We are going to make those improvements. Or it’s going in the trash.

Needed Replacement Materials

UPDATE: I swear to God, this seller will not stop emailing me. At least 5 times. He could just read the review. UPDATE: The seller on Amazon is NOT the manufacturer. The replacement cords came from the SELLER who has been helpful. The manufacturer was no help At all. ORIGINAL POST: The string this one came with was damaged and frayed. Since the manufacturer doesn't allow returns to Amazon, I have to go direct to the manufacturer for replacement strings. This is pretty inconvenient. We will see if the manufacturer responds to the e-mail I sent in a timely fashion with a quick replacement. Apart from that - the net seems good quality for 1-2 seasons of use. I will update this review pending the outcome of this very inconvenient issue.

We have loved this. Great value

We have loved this. Great value. Here are some points though when considering. If you will experience wind of any kind be sure to secure with more than the stakes. We are using on our deck and secured each leg with 3 deck screws through the stake holes. If you want total waterproof in the rain consider that 1 you need to use a waterproof spray prior to setting up, there are vent holes in each of the four roof sections you will need to cover or will let in a little moisture. When we installed on our deck one side is close to the house. The rain poured off the sides and onto deck right in front of the door to house. This was easily address with a section of house gutter, some hooks and zip ties. The gutter section now directs the rain away and only cost about $25. Putting together: although easy be sure to look at the instructions and figure out what can be done at ground level. There were a couple things we found after we put up the legs that we could have done at ground level. We would have needed a couple friends to help but it would have been easier. Over all would purchase again and would recommend to friends

Value for money?

I read the reviews on this product and was surprised at the poor comments entered by some people. Yes the curtain doesn’t go all the way to the deck (but do you want that?), the tie-backs aren’t that strongest, the zipper isn’t the best in the world and the material isn’t going to last a lifetime. Look at what it is costing and what life expectancy you will get out of this product and what you paid - value for money can only be judged by you! Mine came with the zipper done up and a set of hooks (likely to last a couple of seasons - if I’m lucky), with installation a breeze. Will I have to replace them in a few years - more than likely, but I also have to stain my deck and fence on a regular basis and I expect the UV to rot the material overtime.

Not impressed!

137$ for 1 curtain is ridiculous, came with no clips to hang them but yet are clearly there in the picture. Not impressed with paying that kind of money and having the hardware missing to hang up. Also took 3 weeks to ship.

Does not have any anchor points!

This in an decent product but it is missing some essential items. There are no ties to keep open the screens and no anchor points on the bottom so the bugs can get in. I would not order it again for that reason. Too bad as it’s affordable.

Good profuvt. Expect long lead time.

Good product. Fit and finish very good. However price jumped $40 overnight. Took extremely long time to arrive.. Very poor.

Worked well

Worked great. When hooked onto our existing rail on gezebo, it was about 12” from ground. We knew when ordered but allows air flow and does not create as much “ballon” effect when windy.
