They work well to keep your heel from slipping

I have narrow ankles so these are perfect to help shoes and boots fit better

Great for reducing shoe slippage

I have wide ball of foot, narrow heels & any pump type shoe will slip off my heels with every step...particularly if I am wearing tights or stockings. These help keep the shoes properly on my feet so I am not stressed out & gripping with my toes to keep my shoes on!

Ok not thick enough

They are ok much like a thick band aid thought they would be thicker. My heels still slip out of shoes however they are soft against your skin to prevent rubbing. But didn't serve my purpose just too bad they were not thicker.
