Happy with my purchase!
I just did a face lift of my bathroom which still has a brass shower door frame. As part of that project I changed the towel bar, toilet paper holder and the lever to polished brass. For my toilet, which is Delta, the black plastic part of the lever where you attach the chains too was long and needed to be cut to make it shorter. Now it works well. The product is sturdy not flimsy light and color is perfect too.

We purchased our home new five years ago. It started as a "spec" home, but we got it in time to choose our interior features, including door and cabinet hardware finish options. We picked satin nickel. However, all the faucets and towel racks were builder-basic polished chrome. While not exactly on a mission, I decided the time had come to change the faucets, toilet handles and towel racks to a satin-nickel-finish line as well. Our builder used Moen products so I started there and decided the Kingsley line met all my specifications (check my review on the toilet paper holder). While I am somewhat handy, I have never attempted anything to do with plumbing so I decided to leave all that sort of installation to our plumber (who also uses Moen fixtures). He noted that the interior lever was a little shorter than usual but no real problem. The new handle has been installed for two months now, works with no problems, and it looks beautiful. What's funny is that my husband mentioned to some co-workers that we had swapped out the tank lever, and most of them had no idea that you could do that!

Delivery was great!
It was a replacement lever for the toilet tank. The lever itself was identical to the one I had but the inside guts were plastic compare to the metal one that were in my 10 year tank. I hope it holds out as well.

My Wife is Happy
The old flush handle broke after years of use. I replaced it with this Moen. Easy install. The wife's bathroom works again. Happy wife, happy life!

The all metal version was much better.
Not the quality of the original. My original was all metal. This replacement is mostly plastic parts. The arm is much larger which made it difficult to configure where it did not hinder the valve operations. The handle is lovely but the plastic stripped out quickly from usage. I’ve had to add glue to rectify.
