Expected more

So this was, in my opinion, expensive for a tank lever. It matched my other accessories though so I bought it. I may have gotten a flawed one but after installation the inside lever would not tighten to the outside lever. The inside parts are all black plastic and cheap but the outside gold lever is a super nice heavy metal. After a few days of use I couldn’t get the inside lever to tighten enough to actually flush anymore. It just spins without lifting the tank plunger. It’s frustrating bc now I can’t flush the toilet. I did reach out to Moen and they were responsive. They are sending me new inside pieces in the mail. I really hope this fixes it.

Solid construction, easy installation

Amazed at the ease of installation. It took only a couple of minutes The inner extension has several slots for different kinds of connections to the flush opening.

Plastic fittings inside of the toilet

The plastic fitting that holds the handle to the chain inside of the toilet de thread and will not longer hold the arm to flush the toilet. It does not fit securely and will be sending it back. ****update***. Dropping my review to 1 star. Second time I am returning this product. Same problem as before. The flush arm inside of the toilet slips off the handle and falls into the inside of the toilet.

Cheap design

The internal parts to the lever are made of plastic, this item is very cheap and not worth the money. Very disappointed by this item and had to replace.
