So far great!

Directions were confusing to me as too much info on models not purchased. No tools for those crazy star head screws! Hard getting off old handle as had to find the hex key which I was lucky to find. Anyway overall easy install if you have the tools you need. Hate those crazy star heads though give me easy screw heads or the tool I need.

This is a great nickel plate shower dial. I replaced my old 17 year old Moen. Easy to install, looks great.

Renovating bathroom and was able to find the exact Moen product to replace the existing fixture without ripping out any plumbing. Great fit and good price.

It works, but sounds like a motor is running.

We had a plumber install this with no major issues. After a few times of use, it started making a loud buzzing noise. We had a second plumber come out to take a look at it and he verified that it was installed correctly. Not sure why it is buzzing. The plumber said it could possibly be something loose inside of it or a poorly made fixture because when we put pressure on the knob, the sound quiets a bit.

Simplest is the bestest

Ever get into a shower away from home and realize you need a PhD to figure out the on/off/temperature? Well, with this one you turn the handle to the middle between the red and blue dots and you get exactly what you’d think - warm water. Turn the handle a bit more towards the red dot and you get warmer water. Turn it towards the blue dot and it gets cooler. Turn it all the way to the blue dot and it shuts off. Lol - I know it sounds dopey, but honestly - it’s blessedly simple to use and it’s Moen so you know it’s good quality.

4 star because I think MOEN should include the cartridge just like Delta did, otherwise its a perfect fit for a posi temp valve.
